1. Application conditions and objects

(1) Application conditions

(2) Recruitment Targets

1. Persons with postgraduate qualifications and a master's degree or above, fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities with a bachelor's degree or above in 2013, are not eligible to apply. Subject to household registration restrictions;

4. 3. The preliminary qualification review time is from 09:00 on August 20 to 16:00 on August 27. Applicants can check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification review through the same website 24 hours after registration.

4. Payment confirmation time: 09:00 on August 20th to 16:00 on August 28th. Only after the preliminary review personnel make the payment and confirm that the payment has been completed, it will be deemed to have passed the qualification review for the position. Applicants must use a bank card with online payment function to pay relevant fees online.

5. Notes on registration:

(1) Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online prompts, and upload their recent ID A two-inch (35×45 mm) front-facing ID photo in jpg format, with a size of less than 20Kb.

(4) The ratio of the written examination for this recruitment is 3:1. 3. Written test

1. The content of the written test consists of two subjects: "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Application Theory".

The scope of the examination refers to the "Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau's 2013 Examination Outline for the Public Service Subject Examination for Civil Servants (People's Police) Recruited." There are no tutoring books specified for the exam. 2. The written test will be on September 28th. The specific arrangements are as follows:

9:00-11:00 am "Administrative Vocational Ability Test"

14:00-16:30 pm "Application Theory"

4. Qualification review

After the written examination of public affairs subjects is completed, the minimum passing score shall be determined jointly by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Civil Servant Bureau. Above the score line, from high score to low score, candidates for qualification review and physical examination will be determined according to the ratio of 5:1 to the number of people applying for the position planned to be hired.

The qualification review is handled by the Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau. Applicants must provide the following materials: Those with postgraduate education and a master's degree or above, and fresh graduates from ordinary universities in 2013 must provide their ID cards, academic certificates and degree certificates; other candidates must provide their ID cards, household registration information, academic qualifications ( degree) certificate, and proof that the unit agrees to apply for the exam (if the unit has difficulty proving that it agrees to apply, it must be provided before the political review at the latest, otherwise it will be deemed to be automatically abandoned); those who have returned from studying abroad should provide academic qualification certification from the education department, and the Chinese embassy and consulate abroad Candidates applying according to relevant placement and deployment conditions should also provide relevant certification materials. 5. Physical examination and physical fitness assessment

The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the revised "General Medical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and "Special Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".

Those who pass the physical examination will participate in the physical fitness assessment. The physical fitness assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the "Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for the Recruitment of People's Police Officers by Public Security Organs (Interim)".

Those who are unable to participate or complete all physical fitness assessment items due to personal reasons will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications.

6. Interview

Those who pass the physical examination and physical fitness test will be selected to participate in the interview based on their written test scores from high to low according to the number of people applying for the position planned to be hired in a ratio of 3:1. Candidates will be selected and interview notices will be issued at the physical fitness assessment site.

The list of interviewees is compiled by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Civil Servant Bureau on the Nanjing Human Resources and Social Security Network (www.njhrss.gov.cn) and the Nanjing Personnel Examination Network (www.njrsks. net).

There is no qualifying line for interview scores, but if the position is not competitive, an interview score of 60 points is considered qualified. Candidates will be notified of interview results on the spot.

7. Inspection (Political Review)

After the interview, the total score of the applicants will be calculated using a percentage system based on the ratio of written test scores accounting for 50% and interview scores accounting for 50%. Based on the total scores of the applicants, candidates for inspection (political review) will be determined from high scores to low scores in a 1:1 ratio to the number of people planned to be hired for the position.

When there is a vacancy due to failure in the political examination, the position will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score based on the total exam score.

8. Public Recruitment

Those who pass the political review are the candidates to be recruited. The list of candidates to be recruited will be submitted by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Civil Servant Bureau in Nanjing Human Resources and Social Security The website (www.njhrss.gov.cn) and the Nanjing Personnel Examination Network (www.njrsks.net) will be publicized for 7 days. After there is no objection to the publicity, it will be reported to the Political Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department for review and approval, and will be approved by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Civil Servants. The bureau will handle the recruitment approval procedures and report to the Provincial Civil Service Bureau for filing.

For personnel who have been approved for employment, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Civil Servant Bureau will issue employment notices.

If the hired person has a labor contract or employment agreement with the original relevant unit, he or she shall handle the matter on his own in accordance with relevant regulations.

Those who give up their qualifications after being hired will not be replaced.

 

9. Post-employment management and treatment

Newly recruited personnel will work as grassroots police officers in the Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau, obey the organizational distribution, and join the Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau The organized pre-job training has a probation period of one year, and the probation period is implemented in accordance with the "Probation Period Management Measures for Newly Recruited Civil Servants (Trial)". Those who pass the assessment at the end of the training and probation period will be graded, awarded police titles, enjoy people's police treatment, and sign a service agreement with the Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau for no less than five years. Those who fail to pass the training or probation will be disqualified from employment.
