2023 Recruitment Examination of Institute of Karst Geology, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences

In principle, the number of candidates shall not be less than 3 times of the number of candidates to be recruited for this position. If the number of candidates does not meet the requirements, Karst Institute will study whether to cancel job recruitment according to the situation.

1. written test. Pass the written test of the qualification examiner (only the professional and technical positions of doctoral students do not need to take the written test). The written test adopts a percentage system, and the qualified score line is 60 points. The written test arrangement will be notified separately.

2. Interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be interviewed according to the ratio of 1:5 and the written test scores from high to low. If the job candidates voluntarily give up the interview opportunity, they will be replenished in order of job performance from high to low; In case of the bottom of the same score, enter the interview together. The list of interviewers is published on the portal website of Karst Institute. The interview adopts a percentage system, and the qualified score line is 85 (inclusive). Interview content: comprehensive ability, communication and coordination ability, expression and coping ability, English level, etc.

According to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 40% and interview scores accounting for 60%, the comprehensive scores are determined (if the written test is not arranged, the interview scores are comprehensive scores), and the subjects are determined equally according to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low. The list of respondents is published on the portal website of Karst Research Institute. If the examinee voluntarily gives up the qualification for inspection or fails to pass the inspection due to personal reasons, the Karst Institute will study whether to make up for it according to the situation (if any, make up for it in turn according to the comprehensive results).
