Is Gymboree very strict in recruitment?

Gymboree's recruitment standards vary from place to place. Gymboree from Dongying, Shandong, went to the English Department of ludong university Foreign Studies University in Shandong to recruit. My daughter will go to Dongying for an interview after signing up. She is very warm and human. She finished all the tests in one afternoon and told her the results of the interview. After signing up, I should go to Changchun Gymboree for an interview. However, after three tests, it took as long as two weeks to tell the results. The unqualified interview results are due to strong personal expression and weak team concept.
