Wuxi is a city divided into districts, and Jiangyin is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Wuxi. According to Article 8 of the Regulations on the Administration of Road Transport Practitioners, the qualification examination for road transport practitioners of dangerous goods shall be organized and implemented by the transportation department of the municipal people's government with districts, and the examination shall be organized once every quarter.
