What items does Chongqing Health Certificate check?

Chongqing health certificate inspection items are as follows:

1, general examination: such as height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, etc.

2. Physical examination: if there is a history of chronic diseases, auscultation of heart and lung, palpation of liver, spleen and kidney, etc.

3. Surgical examination: including superficial lymph nodes, thyroid gland, breast, limbs and spine;

4. Examination of five senses: Eye examination includes vision, fundus, conjunctiva, etc. Oral examination includes dentures and dental caries, as well as hearing screening, nasal foreign bodies and rhinitis;

5. Two tests of liver function: mainly check alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) to evaluate liver function;

6. Chest X-ray: Focus on checking whether there are respiratory infectious diseases such as tuberculosis;

7. Shigella and Salmonella culture in feces: excluding intestinal infectious diseases;

8. Syphilis and AIDS detection: mainly antibody detection. If the result is positive, further examination and diagnosis are needed.

Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food.

Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
