How long does CCDC’s written examination take?

Fresh graduates with a full-time master's degree or above from a domestic or foreign institution (excluding targeted and commissioned trainees). Among them, graduates from domestic colleges and universities should be able to graduate before July 31, 2017, and obtain graduation certificates, degree certificates, and employment registration certificates; overseas students should graduate between January 1, 2016, and July 31, 2017. And obtained the foreign academic degree certification certificate from the Ministry of Education.

2. Recruitment requirements

3. Recruitment process

(1) Online registration.

This recruitment only accepts online registration. Applicants are asked to log in to the official recruitment website of CCDC (recruit.chinabond.com.cn) and register as required, fill in their resume online, and complete the job application. The registration deadline is 24:00 on October 31, 2016.

(2) Primary election.

Our company will conduct a preliminary selection of applicants based on the recruitment conditions and select the best candidates for the written examination.

(3) Written test.

Applicants who pass the preliminary selection will take part in the written examination organized by our company, which is scheduled to be held in mid-November. The company has set up test centers in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, and applicants can select the location in the recruitment system.

(4) First round interview.

The first round of interviews is scheduled to be held within two weeks after the written examination, and the interview locations are Beijing and Shanghai.

(5) Second round of interviews.

The second round of interviews is planned to be held within one week after the first round of interviews, and the interview locations are Beijing and Shanghai.

(6) Physical examination.

The plan is to conduct the physical examination within two weeks after the end of the second round of interviews. The physical examination locations are Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.

(7) Recruitment and signing.

Our company will select the best candidates and sign a labor contract with them. The recruitment and signing period is planned to be at the end of December 2016.

(8) Pre-employment internship

The internship plan is scheduled to start in January 2017, and the specific time will be notified later.

IV. Relevant matters needing attention

(4) Based on factors such as changes in job demand and registration status, CCDC has the right to adjust, cancel or terminate the recruitment of individual positions, and has the right of final explanation.
