I. Selection of objectives and plans

Select and transfer 700 qualified full-time undergraduate graduates from colleges and universities and service grassroots project personnel.

The selected universities include University I, University II and University III (attachment 1). Orientation students, entrusted students, college graduates and independent college graduates in the above-mentioned ordinary colleges and universities are not included in the scope of Selected Graduates.

The personnel who serve the grassroots projects are ordinary college graduates who serve the grassroots organized by relevant departments in Anhui Province, including the special post plan teachers recruited by the Provincial Department of Education, the graduates recruited by the Provincial Coordination and Management Office of Three Supports and One Support, and the volunteers recruited by the Provincial University Students' Volunteer Service Western Plan Project Management Office.

Second, the selection conditions

In addition to the basic conditions stipulated in the Civil Service Law, the following qualifications shall be met:

(1) party member at the time of registration (including preparation for party member).

(2) Undergraduate students under the age of 24 (1born after February 1998), master students under the age of 27 (1born after February 1995) and doctoral students under the age of 30 (1born after February 1992).
