Notice on adjusting the electricity price in our province

Municipal Price Bureaus, Shandong Electric Power Group Corporation and relevant power generation companies (plants):

In order to alleviate the production and operation difficulties of electric power enterprises, ensure power supply and promote resource conservation, According to the Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Increasing the Electricity Price of North China Power Grid (No.1677 [28] of the National Development and Reform Commission), the relevant matters of electricity price adjustment in our province are hereby notified as follows:

1. Appropriately increase the on-grid electricity price

(1) The price increase standard for coal-fired units (including cogeneration units) in Shandong Power Grid is 1.75 points per kWh. At the same time, appropriately adjust the on-grid tariff range of individual power plants with low and high electricity prices. See Annex I (omitted) for the specific tariff level of power plants. The opinions on the adjustment of on-grid electricity price of local small power plants will be announced separately.

2. increase the benchmark on-grid electricity price of newly-put units. Within the unified dispatching scope of Shandong power grid, the on-grid electricity price of coal-fired units (including cogeneration units) newly put into operation and equipped with desulfurization equipment is adjusted to .3724 yuan per kWh. For units without flue gas desulfurization facilities, the on-grid electricity price is deducted by 1.5 points per kWh on the basis of the above electricity price. After the newly-put units are put into commercial operation, the on-grid electricity price shall be implemented at the above price.

second, gradually rationalize the transmission and distribution price of power grid, and the transmission and distribution price of Shandong power grid will increase by .2 points per kwh.

third, in order to promote the development of renewable energy, the electricity price of renewable energy is increased to .2 cents per kilowatt hour, among which the electricity consumption for residents' living and fertilizer production is still maintained at the original standard.

fourth, appropriately raise the level of sales electricity price.

1. The sales price of Shandong Power Grid increased by 2.6 points per kWh on average. Among them, the prices of residential electricity, agricultural electricity and fertilizer electricity will not be adjusted; The price of lighting electricity for non-residents decreased by .48 points per kWh on average; The electricity price of large industry and non-general industry increased by 4.72 points per kWh on average.

2. implement the same regional price and merge the price areas with similar electricity price levels. At the same time, we will continue to promote the same price of urban and rural electricity, and increase the urban electricity price level of Laiwu City, which has not yet achieved the same price of urban and rural electricity, by .7 points per kWh, and correspondingly reduce the rural electricity price.

3. Adjust the sales price structure appropriately. Non-resident lighting electricity and non-general industrial electricity are merged into "general industrial and commercial electricity" and the same price is implemented. The difference between the voltage levels of large industrial electricity and general industrial and commercial electricity will be adjusted to 1 point per kWh.
