There are two situations in which many 51job companies do not recruit people:

1. The job recruitment is already full. What 51job bought is the release number. If the position is dropped, recruitment will be needed. Therefore, many companies choose to collect resumes based on job positions for subsequent recruitment.

2. The company feels that the applicant’s resume does not meet the recruitment requirements, so the company will not take the time to contact the applicant.
