Post-production of inkjet printing
In the later stage, there are mainly techniques such as punching, splicing, stringing, bonding and cutting. The concept of post-production is relatively broad, and basically all works designed and produced belong to post-production. For example: output, cutting, bonding, laminating, splicing and so on.
Output: The first job after image design is output. In this process, the output image must be merged with all layers, and generally needs to be saved in. Tif or Jpg format. If the image is made by an Apple computer, the file must have an extension. For the setting of image file points, the output accuracy should be kept at about 100dpi. If the image to be output is large, the number of points can be reduced appropriately. There are several points to pay attention to in this process: First, inkjet printing is different from printing, and the color of inkjet printing is much more beautiful than printing. Ink jet printing is generally CMYK mode. The drawing of inkjet images is often very large, and some imperceptible defects in printed matter will become obvious and exaggerated after amplification and output, which cannot be found through small samples. Therefore, the inkjet image must be enlarged to 100% after production and carefully checked. For pictures with more words, proofread them carefully. Because there is no ready-made color standard in inkjet output, we need to rely on experience to grasp the color deviation, which is the purpose of making proofs. Cutting: After the screen is output, the machine will automatically cut the paper. If there is a big difference between the screen size and the paper, it should be cut neatly when it needs to be cut. When we cut the film, we also use scissors to walk along the line, because this will facilitate the film covering work in the film covering and ensure the quality and success rate.
Coverage: Coverage is a three-person project, which requires a high degree of cooperation. A successful film-covered work is the result of a high degree of cooperation between paper feeding, film drawing and rock and roll. The specific operation is as follows: under the condition of ensuring the appropriate stretching width, the length of the film should be appropriately lengthened (generally 20cm). The first thing is to adjust the knob of the wheel until you can't feel the resistance at all and the knob is slightly tight. Send the diaphragm flat to ensure that the diaphragm will not be sideways and squeezed during walking. Then, pull up the film. When the film is about to end, stabilize the roller and pull the film hard to ensure that the ends are flush. At this time, the film puller can drop the protective film and "feed paper" at the same time, and the picture can enter (one end of the picture should be flush) to ensure that the picture is flat and the two sides are parallel to the film. When you are ready, you can let the "rock and roll" slowly. When you see that there is no problem, you can advance to the finish line at a constant speed. In this process, the paper feeder should carefully check whether there is anything like hair on the screen and try to remove it. After the film is covered, it will enter the "cutting" work.
Mounting board: when the customer requests to add board, we will enter the next mounting process. There are two common technologies for surface mounting, namely backing paper type and spraying 3M glue type. Compared with the two, the adhesive-backed type will be more durable.
Rubber back type: cut the painting picture to the required size, lay it flat on the exhibition board, align the four sides, and press it with heavy objects or people in the middle. Uncover an adhesive tape with one end about 10 cm, stick it on the display board, then take it to the laminator and adjust the pressure until it just passes through the display board. Enter the pasted screen end, pull up the screen, one person pulls out the adhesive tape on the back, and the other person pushes the board to the end.
Glue spraying: For the standard exhibition boards (specifications: 120cm×90cm, 90cm×60cm) with card strips on four sides, it is more convenient for us to use glue spraying. Lay the display board flat, and lay the picture flat on the display board. In order to better match the four sides of the picture with the edges of the exhibition board, we first cut the picture along two adjacent sides, then align the edges of the exhibition board with these two sides as a benchmark, fix the relative position between the picture and the exhibition board (a heavy object is pressed on the picture or pressed by others), lift one of the two aligned sides, and spray glue on the subsequent exhibition board. After half a minute, tighten the sides of the picture and fall at a constant speed. At this time, one person presses the picture from the center of the picture to both sides with a scraper until the picture completely fits the exhibition board; In the same way, lift the other end of the picture, spray glue, press it, and finally cut off the redundant part of the picture along the card strip of the display board with a paper cutter, that is, complete the painting and mounting of the whole picture.
Splicing: When the picture required by the customer is larger than the maximum printing format of the inkjet printer, we will output the pictures separately and then splice them together. When doing this splicing work, the design, production and output of inkjet printing are prerequisites, so every step can't be wrong. First of all, we should make clear the splicing position of the picture, who is above and who is below, which will be bigger and which will be smaller. In the process of output, because the picture to be output is the same picture, it is necessary to keep the same color and corresponding size (such as a certain width), and record the setting parameters during output to ensure correctness. In the process of splicing, first cut the two ends of the two paintings together. Then spread the picture on a large enough plane, put it in the correct relative position, fix it with adhesive tape, lift the front end of the connecting part of the above picture, spray glue (cover the picture to avoid being sprayed), and then press the picture from the middle to both sides with a scraper. Turn the other end of the above picture up, spray glue on the connection part of the following picture, and press it tightly, that is, splicing the pictures. The spliced pictures must not be rolled vertically, so it is easy to wrinkle at the seams, which should be noted!
