■ Public employment talent service agencies extend the registration reception time, and handle the employment agreement signing and registration procedures for graduates through letters, faxes and the Internet.

■ Adjust the written interview time for the recruitment of public institutions and state-owned enterprises and the recruitment of grassroots service projects as appropriate.

All over the country, college graduation thesis, defense and other relevant notices are issued.

Regarding the graduation design, thesis defense, employment recruitment and other arrangements for college graduates, various localities have also taken corresponding measures according to local specific conditions.

■ Hubei: Pre-examination and evaluation of dissertations are conducted by online video.

Hubei Provincial Department of Education issued a notice, demanding that the graduation time of graduates should not be postponed as much as possible, and the dissertation should be pre-defended and reviewed by online video.

Postpone the start of school, but scientifically and reasonably organize the graduation design teaching of the 2020 graduates. Teachers should use information technology for remote guidance and arrange the graduation design or graduation thesis of the students they guide. ③ Simplify and optimize the employment procedures. Employers and colleges and universities can sign employment agreements with graduates through letters, faxes and the Internet. Due to the limitation of objective conditions, the school can handle employment, further studies, going abroad and other procedures for graduates according to the personal commitment letter and electronic photos of related materials, and feedback the results to graduates in an appropriate form. After the outbreak is lifted, graduates submit the original relevant materials to the school.

④ In 2020, the start time for graduates to sign employment agreements will be postponed to March 1, and the end time will be postponed to February 65438+31; Extend the processing time of employment registration and job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidies; Depending on the changes in the epidemic situation, the special post plan for rural teachers and the recruitment of rural revitalization assistants will be launched in a timely manner.

■ Jiangxi: The business that college graduates need to handle on-site is changed to mail or online.

Jiangxi University Graduates Employment Office issued a notice saying that four businesses that college graduates need to handle on-site will be handled by mail, and the other two businesses can be handled online.

There are four businesses that can be handled by mail, namely: employment registration procedures for college graduates outside the province, employment change procedures for college graduates outside the province, employment change procedures for college graduates in the province, and replacement procedures for college graduates in the province who have lost their registration cards. During the epidemic prevention and control period, the lost registration card and the transfer of party organization relations can be handled online.

For special reasons, businesses that cannot be completed by mail or online can be handled on the spot in the office hall of the provincial office during the epidemic prevention and control period from February 3.
