I. Recruitment positions and number of people

(1) Requirements for candidates:

Third, recruitment methods and procedures

The recruitment work adheres to the standard of "having both ability and political integrity, putting morality first" and the principle of "openness, fairness, competition and merit selection".

After announcement, registration, qualification examination, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and other links, sign a labor contract after publicity without objection.

(1) Registration

4. (5) Investigation

After the candidates pass the physical examination, they will be inspected according to the procedures.

(6) Publicity and signing of labor contracts

After the candidates pass the inspection, they are determined to be candidates to be hired and publicized through the publicity column of the unit. The publicity period is 5 working days.

If there is no objection after publicity or the objection does not affect the employment after verification, the temporary medical practitioners shall report to the county health and health bureau for approval and send it to the county people's social security bureau for the record, and the temporary medical practitioners shall sign labor contracts with the recruiting unit.

If the probation period expires and the examination fails, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

If the proposed employee establishes labor and personnel relations with other units, it shall be terminated before signing the labor contract.

Fourth, the remuneration package.

(1) Status treatment

The personnel recruited this time are temporary employees and do not go through the preparation procedures.

(2) Treatment of temporary employees

The wages, social insurance and other welfare benefits of temporary workers should be clearly stipulated in the labor contract, and the recruiting unit must handle social insurance for temporary workers according to law.

The wages of temporary workers can be determined by the recruiting unit according to their job responsibilities, workload, performance and other factors, with reference to the wage standards of staff in the same position, and in accordance with the national wage system.
