Bozhou Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) is affiliated to Anhui Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company). It is administratively responsible for the management of the tobacco monopoly market. Its operation integrates flue-cured tobacco and cigarette operations. It is a wholly state-owned medium-sized enterprise. . Its flue-cured tobacco production has a history of more than 80 years. It is one of the four major flue-cured tobacco areas in Anhui Province. Its annual production and purchase volume is about 100,000 tons, and the flue-cured tobacco collected is sold all over the country.

According to the development needs of the enterprise, it is planned to recruit 4 staff members from the public. Recruitment-related work is specifically organized and implemented by professional institutions with relevant national qualifications.

1. Recruitment positions and number of positions

Based on actual work needs, it is planned to recruit 2 people majoring in law, 1 person majoring in finance, and 1 person majoring in business administration, for a total of 4 people.

IV. Recruitment Procedures

1. Qualification Review

Each person is limited to applying for one position. Applications for multiple positions will be deemed invalid. The top 30 students in each major who pass the qualification review in the order of registration will be qualified for the written examination. In principle, the ratio of the number of people participating in the written examination to the number of candidates for each major is not less than 10:1, otherwise the recruitment examination for that major will be cancelled.

2. Examination and assessment

The examination is divided into two parts: written test and interview.

Written test (July 15, 2010): Mainly tests management company knowledge (including application) and professional knowledge for this position. The exam time is 120 minutes. There are no uniformly designated teaching materials and review materials for this exam.

3. Physical examination and inspection

Based on the comprehensive performance, the shortlisted candidates will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:3, a physical examination will be organized, and the relevant conditions of the candidates will be assessed. . If there are vacancies in recruitment positions due to reasons such as failure to pass the physical examination or inspection, the candidates in the same position can be filled in equal amounts according to the total score of the candidates from high to low.

The physical examination must be conducted in a third-class comprehensive hospital or above.
