User research is an interdisciplinary specialty, involving usability engineering, ergonomics, psychology, market research, education, design and other disciplines. User research technology is to study products from the perspective of humanity and intervene in product development and design from the perspective of users.

User research through the study of users' working environment and product habits, users' expectations of product functions and requirements for design and appearance can be integrated into the product development process at the early stage of product development, thus helping enterprises to improve product design or explore a new product concept.
