ABC Contract Teller Recruitment Interview

I have never interviewed for a contract system, but I have interviewed for campus recruitment. I will share my experience and hope it will be helpful to you.

I participated in a structured interview. There were 6 examiners, and the one in the middle mainly asked questions. The examiner asked me very complicated questions at that time:

The second was to ask me how I teach students in school. (I am a normal school student):

The third question is how do I view failure?

The fourth question is how do I view the gap between my major and the bank?

The last thing is whether I would like it if I were sent to a far away place.

These are probably the questions, so I’m not sure, but one thing is, you must be confident, this is really important, the examiner will not care too much about your answer (because there are no standard answers to some things), twenty Your temperament and eye contact are very important. Choose someone you think is more amiable and just look at him with a smile, but don't stare all the time, it's not polite.
