2. Qualification review

(2) Scoring method
The scoring method adopts a hundred-point system, and the comprehensive score = professional test score × 60% + interview score × 40%. The minimum qualifying score for candidates to be hired is a comprehensive score of 60 points; for positions where there is no competition for interviews, the minimum qualifying score for recruiters is 70 points.
In principle, the ratio between the actual number of applicants and the number of people to be recruited for the position should be more than 3:1 before the exam can be started. For recruitment positions where the number of applicants does not reach this ratio, the number of positions will be reduced according to the prescribed ratio. For recruitment positions that are in urgent need of urgently needed professional talents or for special professional positions where the number of applicants does not reach the prescribed ratio and cannot fully reflect the principle of "competition and merit selection", the recruitment examination can be conducted after review and approval by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, but the comprehensive score of the proposed candidates must reach 65 point.
