Retirement age of individual industrial and commercial households in Nanjing

According to the regulations of the state and our province, individual industrial and commercial households and flexible employees who participate in enterprise endowment insurance can retire according to the regulations when men reach 60 years old and women reach 55 years old.

Among them, before the issuance of Document No.20 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, female employees who used to work in state-owned collective enterprises at or above the county level and whose payment period (including deemed payment period) has reached 10 years, engaged in self-employment, freelancing, flexible employment and continued to pay the basic old-age insurance premium after dissolving or terminating the labor relationship with the original enterprise. According to their own application, the retirement age can be 50 years old.

For female employees who originally paid insurance premiums as individual industrial and commercial households and urban flexible employees and entered the enterprise before retirement, if the accumulated payment period (including deemed payment period) of this enterprise is 10 years, the retirement age shall be implemented according to the national and provincial regulations on female employees in enterprises; If the employee is under the age of 10, the retirement age shall be implemented according to the regulations on flexible employment in cities and towns (that is, 55 years old).
