This is because in order to reduce costs, airlines choose to hire some employees by means of labor dispatch, whose wages and benefits are lower than those of regular employees. But some flight attendants are full-time employees, and their salary and benefits are relatively better.

Domestic airline flight attendants are basically contract workers, but there are two situations. One is labor dispatch, and the other is to sign contracts with airlines directly.
