According to relevant data, the section from Dangjiazhuang to Gushan, the Jinan connecting line of Ji-Guang Expressway, was included in the tenth five-year plan of provincial expressway, which solved the basic problems of the project. The proposed project starts from the north of the South Ring Expressway Interchange, connects with the south extension line of the Second Ring West Viaduct, and ends at Daxue Road in Changqing District, with a total length of about 12.7 km. It is planned to adopt two-way six-lane standard, and the design speed is100 km/h.
