Notice on the Provisions of Jiaxing Municipality on Minimum Wage
The Notice of Jiaxing Minimum Wage Regulations is formulated by Jiaxing Municipal People's Government in accordance with the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Minimum Wage Regulations of Zhejiang Province, combined with the actual situation in Jiaxing. This law stipulates the minimum wage standard, wage payment, wage guarantee and other related matters of Jiaxing employees.
According to the Notice of Jiaxing Municipality on Minimum Wage Provisions, Jiaxing's minimum wage standard is divided into two categories: one is the minimum wage standard for full-time employment, and the other is the minimum wage standard for part-time employment. The minimum wage for full-time employees is 2070 yuan per month, and the minimum wage for part-time employees is 20 yuan per hour.
The minimum wage standard refers to the minimum labor remuneration that the employer should pay according to law on the premise that the laborer provides normal labor within the statutory working hours or the working hours stipulated in the labor contract signed according to law. If the employer violates the regulations, the laborer can complain to the labor and social security department, which will investigate and deal with it according to law and order the employer to make corrections.

Legal basis:
Article 50 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): Wages shall be paid to the workers themselves on a monthly basis in the form of currency. The wages of workers shall not be deducted or delayed without reason.
Article 7 of the Minimum Wage Regulations of Zhejiang Province: The wages paid by the employer to the workers shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard.
