I think NPC deputies are not only a title, an honor, but also a responsibility. Deputies to the National People's Congress are elected by the people, and the people have great expectations for each representative. I feel a great responsibility. As deputies to the National People's Congress, only by always keeping close contact with the people, accepting their supervision, reflecting their voices in a timely manner, daring to speak out, being good at making suggestions and earnestly safeguarding their interests, can we live up to their great trust. By actively participating in the inspection, investigation, visit, appraisal and other activities organized by the District People's Congress, we have a broad and in-depth understanding of the people's feelings and opinions, pay attention to the hot and difficult issues that the people care about, solicit opinions from the people extensively, and timely reflect the wishes and demands of the people to the relevant departments in accordance with laws and relevant regulations. Since I was elected as a deputy to the National People's Congress, I have put forward proposals such as "speeding up the construction of Shouyi Cultural District, speeding up the comprehensive management of Ziyang Road and other main roads, strengthening the management of sand lakes and putting an end to illegal lake filling". In addition, I also put forward suggestions on reforming the "peaceful open channel" of the stinking ditch in Yangyuan area and strengthening the management of the "flower arrangement area" in Yangyuan area of Wuchang, which received the attention of relevant departments.

Three, on the premise of practice, be a good leader of honesty and self-discipline.

As a deputy to the National People's Congress, we must first set an example of diligence and pragmatism. Over the years, I have been demanding myself with such standards and strictly regulating my words and deeds. I have been diligent and thrifty, focusing on the development and innovation of enterprises, giving up a lot of holidays and rest days, concentrating on my work, trying my best to create value for the society and let the development of enterprises contribute to the construction of Wuhan. As a representative of NPC, I know how important honesty is. Over the past year, I have been asking myself to be honest and self-disciplined, not to say what I shouldn't say, not to take what I shouldn't take, not to go where I shouldn't go, to be honest and self-disciplined, and to be an upright person, and to establish a good image among enterprises and local people.

Fourth, take enterprises as the entrepreneurial platform and actively contribute to harmonious Wuhan.

Since I 1985 founded Jin Xin Group, through more than 20 years' efforts, Jin Xin Group has developed into an enterprise involving furniture manufacturing, furniture sales, property management, hotel management and other industries, which has solved the employment problem for more than 400 unemployed people in Wuhan and other areas. Especially this year, we invested in the new "Jin Xin International Boutique Home Luo Yu Road Shopping Plaza", which is expected to open in September. By then, the scale of the enterprise will double, resulting in good economic and social benefits. In the development of enterprises, I always ask enterprises to adhere to the "people-oriented" business philosophy, actively safeguard the legitimate interests of employees, and do their part to build a harmonious Wuhan.

Since I was elected as a deputy to the National People's Congress, although I have done some work and fulfilled some obligations, there is still a certain gap between the requirements of the government and the people. At every plenary session of the National People's Congress, I put forward suggestions with other representatives on the basis of usual research and in a responsible attitude towards the people.

The first is to use inspection activities. Understand the source of the people and put forward rectification opinions to the relevant departments in time. I can attend the relevant activities organized by the municipal and county people's congresses on time, never shirk, publicize legal knowledge to the masses in the activities, carefully understand the wishes of the masses, and put forward reasonable rectification opinions to the relevant departments according to the problems found in the inspection activities and the wishes of the masses.

As a deputy to the provincial people's congress, a supervisor of law enforcement in provinces, cities and counties, and a reviewer of professional ethics, I put forward pertinent opinions on the phenomenon of inaction and chaos in some departments and units, directly reflected some people and things that violated the law and discipline to the leaders of cities and counties, and urged the county to investigate and deal with cadres who destroyed the economic development environment.

The second is to make use of job opportunities, concentrate people's wisdom and make suggestions for the development of county economy. Because of the need of work, I often deal with some private entrepreneurs. In contact with them, I discussed my views on the development of county economy, concentrated the wisdom of the people, took its essence, and actively offered suggestions for the county government.

Take an active part in the activity of "people choose me as their representative and I represent them" with the main content of "six ratios", that is, they are more responsible than those who perform their duties, stricter than those who abide by the law, faster than those who start businesses to get rich, better than those who do social welfare, more practical than those who lead the people to get rich and help them solve their worries, and greater than those who make contributions to the country. Through the "six comparisons", fairness is in the hearts of the people, doing practical things for the people and contributing to the needs of Guoxing, which has become the main fulcrum for us to play two roles and enhance our image.

It was the first to put forward suggestions to governments at all levels to organize a county industrial economic dispatching work conference and investigate and think about Hengdong's industrial development, which was fully affirmed and adopted by governments at all levels and played a certain role in implementation. It is clear that the theme is development, focusing on industry, and the main body is private, so as to promote cooperation and division of labor among enterprises, make them have real endogenous competitive advantages, form mature industrial clusters, and build real industrial clusters.

3. Keep in mind the responsibilities of representatives and do practical things for the people wholeheartedly.

It is one of the duties of deputies to the National People's Congress to keep close contact with the people, deeply understand social conditions and public opinion, and understand the hot and difficult issues that the people are concerned about at present. I come from an enterprise, and I think that building a healthy, harmonious and sustainable corporate citizen is a good embodiment of fulfilling the representative duties. Democracy, equality, positivity and enterprising will always be the core themes of enterprises in the process of innovation. In order to organically combine enterprise construction with the performance of representative duties, give full play to the role of enterprises themselves, and strive to do practical things for the people, I have done the following work: First, I set up a workers' congress to listen to the suggestions and voices of workers extensively and get effective solutions. The second is to develop the scale of enterprises and expand employment opportunities.

Since 2007, I have led the company to develop a new ferrovanadium project, which has been completed and put into operation. After the project is put into production, the annual tax revenue can be increased by more than 50 million yuan, and 500 new employees can be resettled. The third is to improve the efficiency of enterprises and increase fiscal revenue. In the past two years, by improving product quality, strengthening internal management and seizing market opportunities, the annual output value has exceeded 300 million yuan, and the tax paid in 2007 was more than 30 million yuan, and in 2008 it was 40 million yuan. It has been a big taxpayer in XX county for several years. The average annual salary of employees exceeds 20,000 yuan. The fourth is to build a harmonious strong voice so that all employees can live and work in peace and contentment. In order to reduce the labor intensity of employees and beautify their living environment, the company invested120,000 yuan to build environmental pollution control facilities, and the waste gas, waste water and noise were effectively controlled.

At the same time, beautify the living environment, build flower ponds and grasslands, build the company compound into a garden-style factory, and equip all employees' dormitories with color TVs. Employees' basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance and social endowment insurance are all put in place according to the policy, so that employees can feel the warmth of the enterprise family and relieve their worries. Fifth, help the poor and the disabled, maintain social stability, worry about the urgency of the people, and worry about the people. I deeply realize that the continuous development of enterprises depends on the party's good policies. While the enterprise is thriving, we should not forget to repay the society and share the worries for the party and the government. Therefore, when recruiting employees, I give priority to the placement of laid-off workers. At present, 50% of the employees in the company are laid-off workers from state-owned enterprises. At the same time, it has also implemented the government's requirement of arranging employment for the disabled in proportion. In 2008, Central and South China suffered a once-in-a-century freezing disaster and the XX Wenchuan earthquake. I took the lead in organizing the company to donate nearly 400,000 yuan. In the past two years, despite the financial crisis, the company has faced difficulties, and the annual funds used for poverty alleviation, disaster relief, disability assistance and social welfare undertakings are more than 1 10,000 yuan.

4. Strengthen self-study and constantly improve the professional quality of the government.

To be a good NPC deputy, it is difficult to be competent only by working enthusiasm and enthusiasm. Facing the new situation, new fields and new requirements, NPC deputies must learn new knowledge, expand new ideas and master new skills to meet the needs of the development of the situation. To this end, I regard theoretical study as the basis for fulfilling my duties as a representative. First, I have carefully studied the relevant laws and regulations and professional knowledge, comprehensively studied the Constitution, Representative Law, Election Law, Organization Law and other relevant laws and regulations, paid attention to collecting information on the performance of duties of deputies from China People's Congress, People's Block Newspaper and Red Net, diligently took reading notes and mastered professional knowledge, so that I had a clear understanding of the performance of duties of deputies.

Second, carefully study all the documents of people's congresses or other meetings, understand the line, principles and policies of the party and government, and improve the theoretical level of policies and the concept of the rule of law. Third, usually pay attention to reading relevant news reports from newspapers, magazines, television and the Internet, and actively collect information and knowledge closely related to the work of deputies. I don't know how to get good at school, which has better promoted the smooth development of all work. The fourth is to combine practical learning at work. I have extensively studied science, technology, culture, market and other knowledge.
