Jiuyang Co., Ltd, formerly known as Shandong Jiuyang Small Household Appliances Co., Ltd., was founded in 1994 and in July 2002. In September 2007, it was officially transformed into a joint stock company, headquartered at No.999 Meili Road, Huaimeng District, Jinan City, Shandong Province.
On July 4th, 2008, Jiuyang signed the Charity Fund Pledging Agreement with Jinan Huaiyin Charity Federation, and set up a charity education fund of 20 million yuan. Every year, the principal interest of the fund will be donated to Jinan Huaiyin Charity Federation to help children from poor families complete their studies and donate money to build Hope Primary School.
