1. High political quality, good ideological and moral character, love for the party's education, good conduct, generous behavior, and good teacher professional ethics; ?

2. Strong language expression, classroom organization and knowledge transfer ability;

2. The employment plan for part-time teachers put forward by each teaching department shall be audited by the Academic Affairs Office and approved by the principal in charge of the school before recruitment can be organized; ?

3. After the appointment plan of part-time teachers is approved, all teaching departments should actively use various channels to implement the appointment of part-time teachers and put forward specific candidates for part-time teachers; ?

4.
