2. Party B must carry out the construction strictly, comprehensively and seriously in accordance with the national construction project specifications, procedures, qualified standards and technical requirements, and the project quality should meet the qualified conditions of national or professional quality inspection and evaluation standards. If quality defects or quality problems are caused by Party B's construction mistakes, Party B shall compensate the corresponding losses and rectify them free of charge.
