4. Those born after 1959, have obtained a technical secondary school degree or equivalent, have been engaged in social work continuously for more than 3 years, have received the required standard hours of formal training as a social worker at level 4, and obtained a completion certificate.

5. Obtain a nationally recognized master's degree in social work. Obtain a nationally recognized bachelor's degree in social work and have been engaged in social work for more than 2 years. Obtain a bachelor's degree or above in a nationally recognized social work-related major (including bachelor's degree), engage in social work continuously for more than 3 years, have completed the required standard hours of formal training as a social worker at level 3, and obtain a completion certificate.
