Application procedures

1. Go through the application procedures at the public security police station where your permanent residence is located and submit for verification Resident household register, a recent one-inch black and white photo without a hat (the photo size standard is the same as the resident ID card), and the certificate production fee is RMB 10. Citizens under the age of 16 must apply for it on their behalf by their guardian.

2. After the public security police station has approved the citizen’s personal information, it will be submitted to the county (city) public security bureau or the districted public security branch for review and issuance, and will be responsible for producing certificates.

3. The public security organ will issue the certificate to the applicant within 3 days after receiving the application.
