Its predecessor was Pingdingshan Evergreen Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd., which was established in 1994. In 2006, it was renamed as Henan Evergreen Group Real Estate Co., Ltd. and established Henan Evergreen Group with it as its parent company. It owns six subsidiaries: Pingdingshan Changqing Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Pingdingshan Changqing Longhua Real Estate Co., Ltd., Pingdingshan Nanjun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Nanyang Changqing Real Estate Co., Ltd., Jiaozuo Changqing Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Hebi Changqing Real Estate Co., Ltd.

Over the past twenty years, under the leadership of Mr. Tamia Liu, the chairman of the board of directors, Evergreen people have worked hard and accumulated a lot of money, and achieved impressive results one after another.
