China is the only calibration laboratory jointly approved by the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation to set up a branch in Hong Kong. Saibao Metrology and Testing Center is affiliated to the Fifth Institute of Electronics (China Saibao Laboratory) of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and is an impartial and authoritative third-party calibration and testing institution authorized by the state and national defense. Since its inception, we have been committed to technical services such as calibration, testing, maintenance, research and development and training of instruments and equipment.

As a third-party impartial testing institution, the center is authorized by the National Environmental Comprehensive Test Equipment Metrology Station, the National Defense Science and Technology Industry 44 12 Secondary Metrology Station, the National Environmental Test Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and the Metrology Technology Service Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is also recognized by the China Accreditation Committee for Conformity Assessment Laboratories (CNAS), the National Defense Laboratory Accreditation Committee (DILAC) and the Military Laboratory of the General Armament Department.

The center has established 145 national and national defense standards, and has the calibration ability of 3 17 approved projects in 9 majors such as electromagnetism, radio, time and frequency, thermal engineering, mechanics, geometry, acoustics, optics and chemistry, and the detection ability of 40 approved projects. Has more than 4000 sets of domestic first-class measurement standards and precision instruments.

The center has nearly 300 employees and more than 200 professional and technical personnel, most of whom have obtained the qualification certificate of registered metrology engineer. Among them, a group of experts in the measurement field work in the National Standardization Committee for Measuring Tools and Instruments, the National Technical Committee for Testing and Standardization, the National Standardization Committee for Environmental Conditions and Testing of Electrical and Electronic Products, and the National Standardization Technical Committee for Vibration Shock and Condition Monitoring. There are also a number of national defense military measurement supervisors and national second-level measurement standard assessors.

Center has set up sub-laboratories in Hong Kong, Suzhou, Chongqing, Ningbo and Foshan, covering the whole country (including Hong Kong and Macao) and Southeast Asia.

With ITS strong technical level and efficient and high-quality service, Cyber Metrology and Testing Center has become a trustworthy product quality guardian of thousands of well-known enterprises such as Huawei, ZTE, Gree, Midea, Emerson, Flextronics, Bosch, Siemens, VTech, Johnson Electric, Panasonic, Sony, UL, SGS, ITS, MTR, CLP Power and Ling 'ao Nuclear Power, and has established a leading position in the national calibration service industry. Saibao (Hong Kong) Laboratory was officially registered in Hong Kong in March 2006 with the joint approval of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council and the Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Commission. It has a laboratory area of more than 200 square meters and more than 300 sets of advanced measuring equipment. The metrological calibration and testing capability of Hongkong Laboratory has been recognized by CNAS in China, and it can provide many professional metrological calibration services, including electricity, radio, time and frequency, heat, mechanics, geometry and so on. For instruments and equipment beyond the capacity of Hong Kong laboratories, they can be transported by official vehicles from Guangdong and Hong Kong to Guangzhou headquarters laboratory for measurement and calibration, and enjoy convenient customs declaration channels at the customs.

Engineers in Hong Kong laboratories all hold work visas approved by the the State Council Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office and the Hong Kong Immigration Department, and most of them have received professional training in the United States and have worked in major international companies. Engineers have good professional quality.

Hong Kong Laboratory mainly provides metrological calibration services for Hong Kong government agencies and internationally renowned companies in Hong Kong, and also provides on-site metrological calibration services for companies and enterprises in Macao and Southeast Asia. There are hundreds of customers receiving measurement and calibration services in Hong Kong, involving various industries in Hong Kong, including Philips, Siemens, NEC, UL, SGS, BV, DEKRA, ITS, MTR and HKPC. Relying on the abundant technical resources, rich talent reserves and first-class instrument facilities of Guangzhou headquarters laboratory, Suzhou Metrology Calibration Laboratory was formally established in Suzhou High-tech Zone in 2004, bringing the leading technical ability and excellent service concept of Guangzhou headquarters laboratory into the Yangtze River Delta region. Suzhou calibration laboratory has grown into a metrological calibration institution in the Yangtze River Delta, providing efficient, timely and high-quality technical services for nearly 1,000 enterprises and institutions.

In terms of metrological calibration, we can carry out many specialties such as length mechanics, thermodynamics, electricity, electromagnetic compatibility, radio and so on, and realize automatic calibration within the range of digital communication, basically covering the original factory test items. In addition, the laboratory can also calibrate various NI virtual instruments (PCI, PXI series).

Most engineers in Suzhou calibration laboratory have worked or received professional training in Hong Kong and Guangzhou headquarters, and have rich working experience and good professional quality. Among them, more than 70% engineers engaged in radio communication have participated in the technical training of professional instrument companies such as Agilent and rs for many times, and 90% have obtained the qualification certificate of registered metrology engineer. Chongqing Calibration Laboratory was formally established in Suzhou High-tech Zone in 2004.
