Third, the application conditions
(1) basic conditions
1, law-abiding, good conduct;
2. Have the nationality of the people of China;
3. Persons under the age of 35 (born after1978 September 13), and those who apply for the position of commentator are required to be under the age of 30 (born after1983 September/0/3);
4, good health, with the physical conditions required for normal performance of duties. To apply for the position of commentator, it is required to have good facial features and good image and temperament, with male height1.75m and female height1.65m.: Good voice condition, standard Mandarin and strong expressive ability.
(2) Other conditions.

In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:
1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and reeducation-through-labor personnel who have received administrative punishment;

Fourth, recruitment methods
The recruitment work is organized by Daqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, adhering to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, and taking a combination of public examination and organizational assessment.
(1) Written examination
1, written test subject. Comprehensive management positions are tested for administrative professional ability, with full marks in all subjects100; Professional and technical posts participate in the administrative professional ability test and the professional knowledge required for the post, with a full score of 100 for each subject.
2. written test scores. The written test scores are calculated as a percentage, with 50% of the administrative professional ability test subjects for comprehensive management positions and 50% of the application subjects; Professional and technical posts account for 30% of public subjects and 70% of professional subjects.
3. written test bonus policy. According to the spirit of the document Heifazheng ([2009] No.30), college graduates will take the exam (including volunteering for the western region) within 3 years after the expiration of the rural grassroots service in Daqing City, and the written test score will be added with 5 points; 2 points will be added if the service expires and is rated as excellent. College graduates who have been enlisted for compulsory military service will take part in this examination, and their written test scores will increase by 5 points.
(2) Interview

In principle, the ratio between the number of applicants and the number of people in the recruitment plan is not less than 5: 1. If there is a tied ranking on the shortlist of the written test for the same position, the number of interviewers for this position will be expanded accordingly. After the interview, 70% of the written test scores and 30% of the interview scores are combined into the total test scores (the total test scores of interpretation positions are combined according to 50% of the written test scores and 50% of the interview scores). According to the total score, the candidates for physical examination and assessment are determined according to the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan to the number of people in physical examination and assessment: 1: 1. If the total score is tied, the candidates who enter the physical examination and assessment will be determined by the interview results and written test results.
(4) Physical examination and evaluation
The employer is responsible for the physical examination and assessment. Physical examination contents and health standards shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. Those who fail the physical examination or assessment will not be hired, and the resulting vacant positions will, in principle, be filled from the candidates who take the post examination according to the total test scores from high to low.
(5) Publicity

(3) On-site qualification confirmation
