1. The design fee has not increased. Party A will not increase your design fee because of what BIM you used. On the contrary, the prices of various design fees are very low now. Since money can't go up, as a designer, it is impossible to put too much energy into it.

2. The project time node is stuck. BIM not only requires a lot of energy, but also consumes a lot of time. Project time node can't afford to delay. Once delayed, who will make up for the loss?

At present, all BIM is three-dimensional, and the software platforms used are revit, bently and PDMS.

PDMS is used in chemical industry and electric power industry. Respondents started training after graduation in 2005. 13 years later, all the respondents left their jobs, but there was still no large-scale promotion, only one department in the digital center was doing it. The future is basically not optimistic.

At present, three-dimensional models are usually used to draw a picture for Party A and leaders, which really needs to be done. They also use a two-dimensional model to flip the mold. At present, many models invited are not highly educated. There is no substantial impact on the project.
