According to the 2017 Ganjingzi District Teacher Recruitment Brochure of Dalian City, Liaoning Province released in November

Dalian City Ganjingzi District plans to recruit full-time normal undergraduate students from local colleges and universities in 2017 And various colleges and universities are recruiting 163 primary and secondary school teachers for full-time graduate students in 2017 (the proportion of graduate students recruited exceeds the recruitment plan by 50%)

Undergraduate students are only accepted by Liaoning Normal University (hereinafter referred to as Liaoning Normal University) and Dalian University 2017 full-time normal graduates are eligible to register. Applications are not accepted from non-normal undergraduate students from the two universities, and registration from normal undergraduate students from other universities is not accepted.

The postgraduate program accepts applications from 2017 full-time graduate students who have obtained teacher qualification certificates from various universities (normal graduate students who have not yet obtained teacher qualification certificates are within the scope of acceptance). Applications from non-teaching graduate students who have not obtained a teacher qualification certificate will not be accepted.

Must have a corresponding professional teacher qualification certificate. The position applied for, the major studied, and the teaching subject for the teacher qualification certificate are the same. It is required that the position applied for must be consistent with the major studied by the candidate’s highest degree and the teaching subject of the teacher qualification certificate (graduate students are not allowed to apply based on their undergraduate major).

Must have a corresponding level of teacher qualification certificate. Primary school positions must obtain a primary school or junior high school or high school or secondary vocational teacher qualification certificate; junior high school positions must obtain a junior high school or high school or secondary vocational teacher qualification certificate.

Undergraduate students need to have a bachelor's degree, and graduate students need to have a master's degree (full-time graduate students who are not fresh graduates from universities cannot apply with their undergraduate degree).

Must be able to obtain graduation certificate, degree certificate and teacher qualification certificate on time. If the candidate fails to obtain the above-mentioned certificates when registering, it will be deemed that the candidate has breached the contract; if the candidate is disciplined or administratively punished by the school due to disciplinary violations between signing the contract and before reporting, the candidate will be deemed to have breached the contract. Candidates who breach the contract must bear the liability for breach of contract, and the employer has the right to terminate the agreement.
