Overview of industrial fans
The shell of high-efficiency air cooler is made of advanced high-precision special numerical control equipment, which ensures the long-term stability and consistency of product quality of air cooler. The material of the shell plate is divided into: galvanized sheet, galvanized sheet spray, galvanized sheet, stainless steel sheet, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, aluminum sheet, etc. The use of shell plate is selected by users according to their needs.
High-efficiency air cooler heat exchange tubes include high-quality seamless steel tubes, high-quality stainless steel seamless steel tubes, high-quality seamless aluminum tubes and copper tubes. The heat sink is made of steel, aluminum and stainless steel. The types of finned tube groups are steel tube, aluminum tube, aluminum tube, stainless steel tube, stainless steel tube and copper tube.

Industrial fans are widely used in tunnels, underground garages, advanced civil buildings, metallurgy, factories and mines and other places for ventilation and fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust. It is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet current collector, guide vane, motor and other parts. The following types are commonly used:

I. Use
The mine ground explosion-proof extraction counter-rotating axial fan is the latest energy-saving axial main fan at present in China. It can be used for ventilation in coal mines, metal mines, chemical mines, tunnels and civil air defense projects, and can also be widely used for ventilation in metallurgical, chemical, textile, building materials and other industries.
Second, the characteristics of the fan
1, structural characteristics of the fan:
(1) and FBCDZ series fans are composed of current collector, primary engine, secondary engine, diffuser, circular and square joints, muffler, diffuser and other parts. The fan base is equipped with supporting wheels, which can move axially or non-axially on the preset track, and all parts are connected by bolts, which is convenient for maintenance.
(2) FBCDZ series fans adopt the way of direct connection between the motor and the impeller, which reduces the loss of ventilation resistance such as "S" type air ducts, improves efficiency, and also reduces the potential safety hazards and maintenance troubles brought by "S" type air ducts, thus improving operation safety.
(The two-stage working impellers of FBCDZ series fans rotate reversely, and the first and second stage blades are guide vanes, without fixed guide vanes, which reduces the energy consumption of guide vanes, simplifies the structure and improves the efficiency.
(4) The fan is equipped with a special flameproof motor for high-quality fans. The motor is placed in a flow isolation cavity with certain pressure resistance, so that the motor is isolated from the gas flow in the mine. The flow separation cavity is equipped with an air duct, which automatically ventilates with the atmosphere, facilitating heat dissipation and diversion. This not only improves the explosion-proof performance of the motor, but also contributes to the heat dissipation of the motor, thus increasing the safety of the fan operation.
(5) In the rotating part of the fan impeller, a copper loss device is set to prevent friction and sparks, so as to prevent the blades from colliding with the cylinder wall at high speed and causing accidents.
(6) The fan is equipped with a braking device, which is convenient for quick anti-wind, and the anti-wind procedure can be completed in 5 minutes. The reverse air volume reaches more than 60% of the normal air volume, which meets the requirements of safety regulations.
(7) The fan is equipped with a non-stop oiling device and an oil discharge device, which can be used to fill lubricating oil during operation. When it stops, you can open the oil cover to remove waste oil.
(8) The temperature measuring element is embedded between the bearing and stator winding of the motor, which can display the temperature of each part when the fan is running.
(9) The blades are twisted airfoils, which have good aerodynamic performance, wide effective area and remarkable energy-saving effect.

2, the performance characteristics of the fan
(1), this series is a ventilator with high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and large air volume.

(3) This series of fans has a wide range of high efficiency areas, which can adapt to the changes of mine production and can still operate efficiently when ventilation parameters change.
(4) According to the production needs, the cyclone separator can also be operated independently. Compared with the single-machine operation, the counter-cyclone separator can increase the air volume by 45%-70%, and the air pressure 100%- 192%. Compared with series operation, the air volume and wind pressure are increased by about 20% and 50% respectively.
(5) The fan adopts reverse wind, and the reverse air volume can reach 60%-80% of the normal air volume.
3. Description of supporting special parts of the fan
(1), muffler
This series of silencers is specially designed for fans, and adopts the structure of combining compound type and silencing wall. Its noise elimination technology is leading in China, which has achieved remarkable noise reduction effect in practical application, solved the problem of loud noise at the outlet of axial flow fan and ensured a good environment for users. The performance of the fan is fully considered in the design, and the internal structure of the muffler is optimized to minimize the periodic resistance loss. In the manufacturing process, the user's site environment is considered, and anti-corrosion measures are taken.
(2) Diffusion tower
The design of this series of diffusion towers is streamlined to ensure that the airflow direction will not change suddenly during the change process. Its functions are as follows: 1. Change the direction of airflow, protect the surrounding environment and reduce noise; Function 2: reduce the dynamic pressure loss of the fan, convert it into effective static pressure and improve the efficiency of the fan.
(3) Online monitoring and early warning system
The system can accurately reflect and record the operating curve, wind pressure, air volume, wind speed, bearing and stator temperature, current, voltage, vibration and other parameters of the fan, and can record the archive and fault alarm, and can call up the operating state of the fan for nearly three months from the microcomputer at any time, which belongs to the domestic advanced technology.
(4), supporting fan special power distribution system
The system is specially designed according to the requirements of "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and the particularity of the fan, which can meet all kinds of protection of the fan motor (motor overload, voltage loss, short circuit, etc.) and realize the anti-wind of the fan.
(5), air door
This series of fans can be equipped with different forms of air doors according to the needs of users. One is a butterfly valve with test air duct, and the other is a fully sealed air door. The air door can be equipped with an automatic control system to control the opening and closing of the air door.

FBCDZ series fans leave the factory and are divided into six parts: current collector, primary fan, secondary fan, diffuser, square joint and diffuser tower. For the convenience of manufacture and transportation, the diffuser is usually divided into two sections:
1. Carry the installation site according to the specifications of the wind turbine, and ensure that there is enough space in the site to discharge the pumped wind energy into the atmosphere smoothly (harmful gas shall not be directly discharged into the atmosphere). Frame ground must be leveled, tamped and laid with railings.
2, the fan must be installed in the coal mine air shaft with air outlet, and ensure that the isolation room in the air duct is open to the atmosphere. The joint between the negative machine and the roadway is set with built-in fixed roadway, and the fan is not allowed to directly dock with the return air wellhead. The return air wellhead must be equipped with explosion-proof doors.
3. Before installation, all parts of the fan must be checked: a. Whether the parts are complete; B, impeller rotation is flexible; C. Whether the blade rubs against the cylinder wall; D, whether the blade is installed firmly; E, whether the blade is damaged. When problems are found, they should be dealt with in time, and there can be no hidden dangers of accidents.
4. When installing, hang all parts of the fan on the laid track in sequence, pad the sealing ring when necessary, connect the parts firmly with bolts, and connect the power cord and temperature measuring instrument line according to the motor instructions.
5. Check whether the intake and exhaust oil paths are unobstructed, and inject No.2 molybdenum disulfide lithium-based lubricating oil (or grease with good quality).
6, check the parts, after the installation is correct, manual braking is correct, can carry on the test run.
7, long-distance power transmission or long-term unused motor, stator insulation resistance must be measured before use (insulation resistance shall not be less than 0.5 ohm 380V), after inspection, can turn on the power supply and start the fan. During the trial operation, always observe the current, voltage, motor stator and bearing temperature.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) Operation and maintenance of fan
1. Before starting the fan, check whether there are foreign objects in the flow passage to prevent the fan impeller from being damaged by the impact of foreign objects.
2. Before starting the fan, please read the start-up instructions and motor operation instructions in detail, operate the start-up equipment as required, start the fan in order of primary and secondary, and adjust the rotation direction to ensure the normal operation of the fan.
3. Observe in time after the fan starts to run normally: a. Whether the motor current exceeds the rated current; B, fan channel has abnormal sound, found that the problem should be stopped in time to check, to find out the reason, after troubleshooting, can enter the normal movement state.
4. During the use of the fan, operation records should be kept, and the system should record the operation of the fan, including: a. Start-stop time and shutdown reason of the fan; B. ambient temperature, temperature and atmospheric pressure; C the working voltage and current of the motor, the temperature of each bearing and the temperature of the motor stator. Stop the machine immediately if any project exceeding the index is found; D, wind pressure and air volume of the fan; E. Time, quantity and brand of replacing motor bearings with lithium molybdenum disulfide lubricating oil; F, abnormal situation found in the regular inspection; G, the details of the fault and troubleshooting methods.
5. When air supply is needed, first cut off the power supply and brake. Brake slowly and forcefully, don't brake suddenly. Reverse rotation can only be carried out after the impeller stops rotating, otherwise electrical equipment may be burned.
6. During the operation of the fan, the motor should be maintained according to the instructions of the motor manufacturer, and an appropriate amount of lithium molybdenum disulfide grease and lubricating oil should be added.
7, fan downtime on a regular basis to comprehensively check whether all parts meet the requirements:
A, check the front and rear bearings of the motor. If problems are found, bearings should be replaced according to the model and lithium molybdenum disulfide-based lubricating oil should be replaced.
B, check whether the blade is loose, and whether the installation angle of the blade is the same as the original setting. When problems are found, they should be dealt with in time.
C adjustment method of blade installation angle: according to the characteristic curve of the fan and the ventilation requirements of the mine, select the required installation angle. Open the hub cover plate, loosen the petiole nut and press the selected installation angle on the scale on the surface of the hub drum. Align the front of the blade with the scale line, tighten the petiole nut, lock the nut and cover the cover plate to complete the adjustment.
Note: After adjusting the blades, be sure to check whether the installation angle of each blade is consistent, otherwise it will be readjusted.
8. Always check the reliability of measuring instruments to prevent the failure of thermometers and ammeters from causing accidents.
9, drivers and other personnel often check, once found abnormal sound or vibration, temperature and other phenomena, should immediately stop processing, troubleshooting rear can start.
Special axial fan for multi-stage variable speed tunnel construction I. Application of fan SFD multi-stage variable speed fan is a special fan for tunnel construction which is at the advanced level in China and reasonably matches the wind parameters of domestic tunnels. Due to the adoption of multi-stage speed regulating motor, the blade angle can be adjusted and the adaptability is strong, which is especially suitable for the construction of super-long and super-large tunnels in railway, highway, civil air defense, water conservancy and hydropower projects.
Second, the characteristics of the fan 1, high efficiency: SFD multi-speed tunnel construction fan is well designed, advanced in technology, with three-dimensional fluid design for blades, twisted wings, all-steel structure, adjustable angle and large efficient working area, so that the running fan is always in an efficient working range. 2. Low noise: The first-stage and second-stage motors of the SFD variable-speed tunnel construction fan rotate relatively, which not only increases the pressure of the fan, but also smoothes the airflow direction and reduces the air friction sound. In addition, the casing adopts porous silencing plate and special sound-absorbing material, and the running noise of the whole machine is controlled below 85 decibels (below 35 decibels compared with A sound level), and the noise pollution is obviously improved. 3. Energy-saving consumption: The multistage variable-speed fan can adopt three speeds in tunnel construction: low-speed operation within 600m in the early stage, and energy consumption is1/6 of the total installed power; 1500m, and the energy consumption is1/3 of the total installed power; 1500m above, using high-speed operation, one fan is equivalent to three fans with different powers, and the energy-saving effect is very remarkable. 4. Convenient maintenance: Because the fan is composed of two-stage non-aluminum blades, the middle part can be separated, which brings convenience to disassembly, maintenance and blade adjustment.
Third, the working principle
The first and second stages of SFD multi-stage variable-speed tunnel construction fans are equipped with three-speed motors, and different gear speeds can be selected according to different needs. It makes use of the similarity law of fluid, that is, the flow rate of the fan is proportional to the rotational speed of the fan, and the pressure of the fan is proportional to the square of the rotational speed. By changing the rotational speed of the primary and secondary motors, the effect of energy saving can be achieved. Because the primary impeller pressure at the inlet end of the cyclone is low, the secondary pressure at the outlet end is high and the power consumption is high, the number of primary and secondary blades of the fan is different, with more primary blades and fewer secondary blades, and the installation angle of the secondary blades is small. In order to avoid the superposition of airflow pulsation between the first-stage impeller and the second-stage impeller, it should be shown that only a pair of blades overlap when the first-stage impeller and the second-stage impeller rotate, so that the two blades can work best together, make the two-stage flow similar and the loss the same, and make the load balance of the two-stage impeller consistent. The two-stage impellers are very close and rotate relatively. The first stage impeller rotates clockwise and the second stage impeller rotates counterclockwise. After the air enters the first stage impeller from the wind collecting hood to gain energy, it directly enters the second stage impeller and is discharged after being pressurized. The role of the secondary impeller not only increases the airflow energy, but also has the role of static guide vane in other types of axial flow fans. While obtaining the velocity component of guiding and straightening the circumferential direction, it not only smoothes the impact of airflow, increases the energy of airflow, but also reduces the noise, which is generally below 85dB(A).
