Recruitment of performance unit

Personally, I think: you can't make a joint venture with local people, because you are unfamiliar with local people and are easily cheated, so that you don't know how your money is spent and whether it has any effect after spending it. Digging corners, this cost is relatively high, and you have to give the other party a certain commitment. You can tell the store manager that if you cooperate with him to open a store, you pay and give him a certain amount of performance shares, that is, turn the commission into performance shares. The reason for this is that he will run the store as his own. At the same time, I will not be afraid that the other party will lie to me, bind the other party to this store, and then get back the performance shares when he leaves the store. There is no such thing as a joint venture.

At the same time, it depends on what kind of people your store sells to, so it is easier for people of the same age to sell.

Salary standard: basic salary+length of service+bonus+year-end bonus. Don't give too high performance shares. If it is high, the cost will be too high. If it's too low, you can't keep people. If you are dismissed before the end of the year (proposed by the store), you will be given a corresponding proportion of dividends (proposed by the other party), but you don't need to pay dividends.

This is just a personal opinion, I hope it can be carefully considered.
