How to apply for nutritionist exam

1. There are five professional levels for national nutritionists, namely assistant nutritionist (national level 5), intermediate nutritionist (national level 4), senior nutritionist (national level 3), technician (national level 3) National Level 2), Senior Technician (National Level 1).

2. Nutritionist application requirements:

1. Assistant nutritionist (National Vocational Qualification Level 5)

(1). Hold a high school or related major Those who have graduated from secondary vocational schools (including technical secondary schools, vocational schools, and technical schools);

3. Senior nutritionist (National Vocational Qualification Level 3)

(1) Have a relevant professional college degree or above (including junior college); have received formal training as an assistant nutritionist in this profession Reach the standard number of hours and obtain the training qualification (completion) certificate;.

(2). Obtain the professional qualification certificate of intermediate catering staff for more than 4 years, meet the standard hours of formal training as an assistant nutritionist in this profession, and obtain the training qualification (completion) certificate;

(3) Those who have been engaged in nutrition and food hygiene, food science, preventive medicine, clinical medicine or nursing and other related majors for more than 5 years in teaching, scientific research and medical institutions.

4. Technician (National Vocational Qualification Level 2)

(1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of this professional assistant nutritionist, work in this profession for more than 3 years continuously; Professional nutritionists must have formal training for the required number of calibrated hours and obtain a graduation (completion) certificate;

(2). Possess relevant majors such as nutrition and food hygiene, food science, preventive medicine, clinical medicine or nursing and have more than 8 years of work experience, or have a bachelor’s degree or above in the above related majors and have 5 years of experience More than 20 years of work experience, with formal training as a nutritionist in this profession, reaching the required number of calibrated hours, and obtaining a graduation (completion) certificate;

(3). Have been continuously engaged in this profession or related majors such as nutrition and food hygiene, food science, preventive medicine or clinical medicine for more than 10 years in teaching, scientific research and medical institutions.

5. Senior technician (National Vocational Qualification Level 1)

(1) After obtaining the nutritionist professional qualification certificate, you have been working in this profession for more than 3 years. Professional senior nutritionists must meet the prescribed number of formal training hours and obtain a graduation (completion) certificate.

(2) Master's degree or above in nutrition and food hygiene, food science, preventive medicine, clinical medicine or nursing and other related majors, working for more than 5 years; having received formal training as a senior nutritionist in this profession and reaching the required calibration number of hours of study and obtain a graduation (completion) certificate;.

(3) Those who have been continuously engaged in this profession or related majors such as nutrition and food hygiene, food science, preventive medicine, clinical medicine or nursing for more than 15 years in teaching, scientific research and medical institutions.
