I. Basic conditions

Three. Registration and qualification examination
(1) Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been found to have cheated in examinations in the recruitment of civil servants or internal personnel of public institutions since 2006, active servicemen and non-2009 college graduates are not allowed to register.

According to the policy object of giving priority to students' employment in Xiamen, graduates' ID cards, registration cards (copies provided by applicants) and graduation certificates are required. Parents in Xiamen must provide household registration books, residence certificates in Xiamen (based on household registration in Xiamen) and work certificates (based on the introduction letter of personnel relations issued by the organization and personnel department in institutions and enterprises, based on the payment certificate of endowment insurance issued by the labor department) and proof of kinship between graduates and their parents in Xiamen.
Applicants should register in strict accordance with the qualification requirements of the post, and all the materials provided must be true and effective. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified from the examination or employment.

Fourth, the examination method
The examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview.
(1) Written examination
1. All candidates in this recruitment must take a written test, which is conducted in a closed-book manner. The score of the test paper is 100, and the passing line of the written test score is 60. The written test content is the administrative professional ability test (60 points) and writing (40 points). See the admission ticket for the specific time and place.
2. Xiamen Shengyuan graduates refer to full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities with pre-school household registration and student status in Xiamen; The 2009 fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities whose household registration and student status are not in Xiamen before enrollment, but whose parents are registered in Xiamen and live and work in Xiamen, enjoy preferential employment policies with reference to Xiamen students.
Students in Xiamen must indicate their real situation on the registration form.
(2) Interview
1. According to the ratio of qualified candidates with written test scores 1: 3, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score; Less than 1: 3 is determined according to the actual number of people; If you enter the interview with the ratio of 1: 1, the score for passing the interview shall not be less than 75 points.
2. The interview adopts a structured interview, and the interviewer scores on the spot, which mainly tests the comprehensive quality and ability of the candidates.

(3) The written test and interview scores are converted into a comprehensive total score according to 1: 1, and the comprehensive total score is 100.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) physical examination and evaluation
(1) The candidates for physical examination and assessment shall be determined from those who have passed the written examination and interview according to the ranking order of comprehensive total scores and the ratio of the number of people to be recruited for the post 1: 1. If the overall score is the same, those with higher interview scores will enter the physical examination and assessment; If the interview results are the same, interview again.
(2) physical examination. The personnel participating in the physical examination shall be uniformly organized by the district personnel department to the designated hospital for centralized physical examination. Physical examination personnel should take part in the physical examination on time, and those who do not take part in the physical examination on time are deemed to have given up their medical examination qualifications.
Candidates who have doubts about the physical examination results can apply for re-examination within one week, and the district personnel office will designate another hospital for re-examination, subject to the re-examination results. Those who go to other medical units for physical examination on their own will be invalid.
The physical examination standard for this recruitment is based on the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health on June 5438+1October 65438+July 2005, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the individual.
(3) evaluation. Applicants who have passed the physical examination shall be assessed by the recruiting unit in conjunction with the competent department, with the main contents of the assessment being morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty, and the qualification conditions for registration shall be reviewed. Those who fail the examination will not be hired.
(4) Those who fail the physical examination and assessment shall be replenished in turn from those who pass the comprehensive score line (only once). If a candidate who has passed the physical examination or assessment withdraws or is disqualified for some reason, the district personnel department and the recruiting unit shall comprehensively consider the written examination and interview and decide whether to make up for it.
6. Go through the employment formalities
