According to the needs of the recruitment position, the interview is conducted in a structured way. The positions of structured interviews are organized and implemented by the County People's Social Security Bureau, and the positions of teachers, medical and health posts and other positions that need to be interviewed in other ways are organized and implemented by the relevant competent departments or employers, subject to the published interview announcement. If there is no effective competition in the interview, the candidate's interview score must reach 70 or above before entering the next procedure.

Comprehensive score = written test score 60%+ interview score 40%. The written test scores and interview scores are kept to two decimal places. The comprehensive score of written test+interview post calculation is reserved to three decimal places.

According to the comprehensive score, from high score to low score, the physical examination object is determined according to the number of recruitment plans. If the comprehensive score is the same, the physical examination object shall be determined according to the total score of written test from high to low; If the total score of written test is the same, the management posts will be sorted from high score to low score according to the score of "professional aptitude test", and the professional and technical posts will be sorted according to the score of "professional knowledge" to determine the physical examination objects; If the results are the same, conduct a second interview to determine the physical examination object.

Physical examination shall be carried out in general hospitals at or above the county level with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). County People's Social Security Bureau will organize physical examination with relevant departments. If the applicant has doubts about the items that have an impact on the conclusion of the physical examination, he shall apply for re-examination of the items that can be re-examined within the specified time, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
