Conditions for Beijing Grade II Construction Engineer to apply for the exam

The requirements for the second-level construction engineer in Beijing are as follows:

(1) Having obtained technical secondary school education or above in engineering or engineering economics, and having been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for two years, you can apply for taking the three-subject examination for the second-level constructor.

(2) Those who have obtained the qualification of the second-level project manager of the construction engineer and above certificates, and meet the registration conditions and one of the following conditions may be exempted from the corresponding subjects:

(1) has obtained the qualification certificate of the second-level project manager, has the technical title above the intermediate level, and has been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years, and can be exempted from the examination of "Construction Management of Construction Projects".

(2) Obtain the first-class project manager qualification certificate, with intermediate or above technical titles; Or obtain the first-class project manager qualification certificate, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years, you can be exempted from the exams of Construction Management of Construction Projects and Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge.

(3) Those who have obtained the qualification of professional secondary constructor can choose professional engineering management and practical subjects for another test according to the actual needs of their work. After passing the examination, the corresponding vocational qualification certificate will be issued. This certificate serves as the basis for adding professional practice categories when registering.
