Third, the interview

Candidates who have passed the qualification check should attend the interview at the time, place and other requirements specified in the interview notice. Those who fail to attend the interview on time are deemed to have given up the interview qualification automatically.

(B) the organization and implementation of the interview
The interview work is organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and supervised by the discipline inspection (supervision) department.
(3) the form of interview
According to the needs of the post, this interview is conducted in the form of open interview (structured interview).
(4) Publish the interview results.
The full mark of the interview score is 100, and the candidate's interview score must reach 60 to enter the next recruitment stage. Candidates who press 1: 1 to enter the interview must reach 70 points to enter the next recruitment stage. Fourth, evaluation

(1) The physical examination is organized and implemented by Guilin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (see the announcement of physical examination for details). (3) If the central rate, vision, hearing, blood pressure and other items in the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) fail to meet the physical examination standards, re-examination will be arranged on the same day; If the items such as borderline heart murmur, pathological electrocardiogram, pathological murmur and frequent premature beats (confirmed by electrocardiogram) fail to meet the physical examination standards, re-examination will be arranged on the spot. Candidates who have doubts about the results of the physical examination items that have not been re-examined on the same day or on the spot may apply for re-examination to Guilin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination, and re-examination will be conducted after approval. The hospital should keep the re-inspection items strictly confidential. Items that are not re-examined on the same day or on the spot shall not be re-examined in the original medical examination hospital in principle, and the re-examination hospital shall be determined separately by Guilin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Re-examination can only be conducted once, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
Candidates who fail to participate in the medical examination at the prescribed time and place without reason shall be deemed to have given up their medical examination qualification automatically.
Those who fail to pass the medical examination or voluntarily give up the medical examination will be replenished in turn from those who have applied for the same position and passed the interview results. If there is no replacement candidate, the recruitment plan for this position will be cancelled.
Six, publicity and employment approval
(1) Guilin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau determines the list of persons to be employed according to the results of recruitment interview, assessment, physical examination and other procedures, and publicizes it within the scope of recruitment announcement for seven days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or the problems reflected will not affect the employment, the recruiting unit will organize individuals to fill out the Approval Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Guilin Public Institutions in triplicate, which will be audited by the competent department of the recruiting unit and reported to Guilin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and employment. Employment procedures must be completed within 15 working days. Candidates should report for work within 15 days after receiving the employment notice. If they fail to report for work after the deadline, they will be automatically disqualified. Reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence, and will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment procedures should be suspended, and then whether to hire or not should be decided after verification and conclusion.

(2) The recruiting unit shall sign the Employment Contract for Personnel of Public Institutions with the employed personnel. The contract signing time is calculated from the day after the employment notice. The probation period can be agreed upon when signing the employment contract, and the probation period is generally 3 to 6 months. The employees are graduates who are employed for the first time, and the probation period can be extended to 12 months. The probation period is included in the labor contract. The probation period can only be agreed once. The salary and welfare during the probation period shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the autonomous region.
(3) Recruiters for professional and technical positions who need to work in the field all the year round shall have a service period of not less than three years in the positions of the employing units or positions with similar conditions, and the employment contract must be clear, and the competent departments of the recruiting units shall do a good job in supervision.
Seven, the punishment of dishonest behavior.
1. After the announcement of the interview qualification examination (list), if the applicant gives up in the interview qualification examination, interview, examination and physical examination, and provides a written waiver application for the first time within 2 days after receiving the notice, it will be recorded in the integrity file but will not be punished; If the above situation occurs twice in two years, you may not apply for the recruitment examination of public institutions in our city within 1 year after the second appearance; If you fail to provide a written waiver application within 2 days after receiving the notice, you may not apply for the recruitment examination of institutions in our city within 2 years.
2. If the list of persons to be employed is abandoned after publicity, they shall not apply for the recruitment examination of personnel of our bureau and institutions within 3 years.
3. If you fail to report after being hired as a staff member of a public institution and give up during the probation period, you may not apply for the recruitment examination of personnel of our bureau and public institution within 3 years.
4. If the applicant maliciously registers the registration information and disrupts the registration order, his qualification for this application will be cancelled, and he shall not apply for the recruitment examination of personnel of our bureau and institutions within 5 years.
5. Anyone who forges academic credentials and other registration qualification documents to defraud the interview qualification will be disqualified from the interview and will not be allowed to apply for the recruitment examination of personnel of our bureau and institutions within 5 years.
Eight, strengthen leadership and strict discipline.
