Third, the recommendation principle.

1, treat referees equally regardless of their positions; 2. Make a comprehensive evaluation of referees and select the best candidates for posts; 3. The recommender shall not conceal the personal information of the known recommender; 4. All employees who enter the company are treated equally within the company;

Fourth, the recommendation process

1. The personnel department will announce the current vacant position and its area in the company group every Monday.

2. If there is a suitable candidate, the employee shall submit the resume and internal recommendation form of the recommended person to the personnel department, and the personnel department shall conduct the recruitment process after the preliminary examination.

3. After the interview is passed, go through the entry formalities according to the company system, and the HR department will feedback the results to the referees in time. 4. For important positions, the Human Resources Department has the right to conduct background checks on referees.

Five, internal staff recommended reward standard

1. Once the recommended person is hired and becomes a regular employee, the company will pay a certain amount as a reward fund to the recommended person. 2. The reward fund is reflected in the monthly salary. 3. Main recommended position: marketing personnel.

A. Having more than 1 year precious metal experience, under the age of 35, with bonus of 150 yuan/person; B. No relevant experience, under 35 years old, bonus 100 yuan/person;

C. If more than 5 people are recommended in a quarter and no more than 2 people leave, 200 yuan will be given an extra reward;

Note: The above bonus mechanism is the basic standard. Employees who have made special contributions will be given higher bonuses after being reviewed by the Personnel Department and approved by the President.

4. One-time payment of the reward fund: the referee will receive a bonus the next month after the probation period expires, and will not receive a bonus if he leaves his job before the probation period;
