Chapter I General Provisions

Article 2 The full name of the school is Tan Kah Kee College of Xiamen University (hereinafter referred to as Tan Kah Kee College). It is a full-time independent college approved by the Ministry of Education and jointly organized by Xiamen University, a key university directly under the Ministry of Education, and operated with a new mechanism and mode. It is an applied comprehensive university. Tan Kah Kee College is located in Zhangzhou Campus of Xiamen University on the south bank of Xiamen Bay.

Article 3 The enrollment work of Tan Kah Kee College shall be supervised by all sectors of society.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties

Article 4 Tan Kah Kee College shall set up an Admissions Committee composed of the dean and the heads of relevant departments, which shall be fully responsible for the enrollment work of the school.

Article 5 Tan Kah Kee College shall set up an enrollment office, which shall be responsible for organizing and implementing the daily enrollment work.

Article 8 A flexible and free system of changing majors. Giving students the right to change majors is a policy that Jiageng College has always adhered to. Its starting point is to implement the educational principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, fully respect students' independent choice and personality development, and cultivate high-quality talents with innovative ability. As long as the teaching resources of the school allow, students can transfer to their favorite major if they meet the requirements for changing majors stipulated by the school.

Ninth, vigorously promote international cooperation. Since its establishment, the school has carried out inter-school exchanges and cooperation with more than 20 universities in the United States, Britain, Japan, Spain, Singapore, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, the Netherlands and Taiwan Province Province of China, and established various cooperation platforms for talent cultivation, forming 2+2, 3+ 1, 3+ 1. Chapter IV Enrollment Plan and Enrollment Batch

Article 12 Tan Kah Kee College strictly implements the annual enrollment plan issued by the state, and art students enroll students in batches A in Fujian Province; Ordinary classes are enrolled in Zhejiang, Shandong, Shanghai, Guangdong, Liaoning, Beijing, Hainan, Fujian and Hebei by batch, and in Tianjin by batch, and in Sichuan, Guangxi, Inner Mongolia, Hubei, Jiangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Jilin, Gansu, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai and Ningxia. The enrollment plans and batches of different majors in other provinces shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial education (enrollment) examination institute in the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the students were born.

Article 13 In 2020, Tan Kah Kee College plans to enroll 54 undergraduate majors and 82 majors, covering science, engineering, literature, economics, management, law and art. In the process of enrollment, if the number of applicants for each major is uneven, under the coordination of the provincial education (enrollment) examination institute where the students are located, Tan Kah Kee College can appropriately adjust the enrollment plan among the majors.

Chapter V Access Principles

Article 14 Tan Kah Kee College shall determine the file transfer ratio according to the file distribution regulations of the source province and the students who apply for our school. In principle, parallel volunteer's provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) should be controlled within 100% of the enrollment plan, and non-parallel volunteer's provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) should be controlled within 120% of the enrollment plan (Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region should be controlled within 120% of the enrollment plan).

Fifteenth admission, the professional file to take the "score first" way (except Zhejiang, Shandong), there is no grade difference. Candidates who fill in professional volunteers will not be admitted. If it is a professional transfer, it will be transferred to the relevant major according to the score. If the college entrance examination results are not up to professional volunteers and do not obey the adjustment, they will be dismissed. Jiangsu candidates choose subjects not less than "C", and the professional investment does not consider the results, but also adopts the "score priority" method. In case of the same score, the professional admission shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions in the "Admission Principles for the Same Score Major in the 2020 General College Entrance Examination of Xiamen University".

Article 16 Tan Kah Kee College adopts the combination of "specialty+school" in Zhejiang Province and Shandong Province, and adopts the mode of "college specialty group" in Shanghai, Beijing, Hainan and Tianjin. Candidates' volunteering and admission rules can be consulted by the provincial admissions department.

Article 17 Tan Kah Kee College shall, in principle, implement the relevant detailed rules of various preferential policies formulated by the provincial admissions committee where candidates are located.

Article 18 Tan Kah Kee College recruits non-normal art majors for the whole country, in which musicology majors only recruit candidates in the direction of piano and vocal music, music performance majors do not recruit candidates in the direction of guqin, harmonica, Bawu and Tao Di, and dance performance majors do not recruit students majoring in sports dance and aerobics. All majors comply with the regulations of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Candidates majoring in visual communication design, environmental design, product design, animation, musicology, music performance and dance performance will be selected according to their professional test scores from high to low after their cultural test scores reach the corresponding admission control scores of art undergraduate students in their provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Fine arts in Fujian Province are selected according to their comprehensive scores, while music and dance are selected according to their professional scores (when the professional scores are the same, refer to the "Admission Principles for Ordinary High Schools in 2020 by Tan Kah Kee College of Xiamen University"). The calculation method of Fujian fine arts comprehensive achievement;

Comprehensive scores of fine arts majors = cultural investment scores (including those with parallel volunteer characteristics) × 50%+ professional provincial unified examination scores × 2.5 × 50%.

Article 19 Physical examination requirements are based on the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J (2003) No.3) and the documents of Ministry of Education (2010) No.2 and Letter of Education (2010) No.22. ..

Article 20 Except that English is required to be a Chinese subject in the college entrance examination for English majors, there are no restrictions on foreign languages for other majors. The foreign language courses offered by Jiageng College include English and Japanese.

Chapter VI Charging Standards

Article 21 Tan Kah Kee College implements credit system management and charges according to the cost of education. According to document [20 15] 17 1, the charging standards are as follows:

1. Chinese language and literature, Japanese, international economy and trade, finance, finance, taxation, law, English, news, radio and television, advertising, business administration, marketing, accounting, financial management, tourism management, e-commerce, administration, logistics management, international business, project management (enterprise project management) and information.

2. Mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation, automation, electronic information engineering, communication engineering, computer science and technology, software engineering, architecture, environmental science and engineering, mechanical and electronic engineering, electrical engineering and its automation, engineering management (housing construction engineering management), landscape architecture, urban and rural planning, photoelectric information science and engineering, Internet of Things engineering, water supply and drainage science and engineering, vehicle engineering, robot engineering, data science and big data technology.

3. The tuition fee for each major of civil engineering and engineering cost is 20,000 yuan per person per academic year;

Chapter VII Incentive and Subsidy Policies

Article 23 Those liberal arts and science candidates whose total scores in the college entrance examination (cultural achievements, the same below) are among the top 100 in their province, who volunteer to fill in our school for the first time (or in the first round) and are admitted, will be awarded RMB 100000 yuan.

Article 24 The total score of college entrance examination in each province (paper score, the same below) should be above the first batch of admission control scores of ordinary classes in the province where it is located (Zhejiang Province refers to the first stage score line of Zhejiang Province, Guangdong Province refers to the priority line of college entrance examination in Guangdong Province, and other provinces that reform the new college entrance examination and merge undergraduate batches, refer to the minimum admission control scores (high or low) corresponding to some special types determined by this province, hereinafter referred to as "this line". For the liberal arts and sciences (ordinary) candidates whose total score of unified examination subjects in Jiangsu Province is above the admission control score of this batch, and whose elective subjects are 2B or above, the provinces that are enrolled in the first round in parallel volunteer (the provinces that are not enrolled in parallel volunteer are the provinces that are enrolled in our school for the first time), if they exceed the first line in the ordinary category, they will get more than 10 (including 10). Twenty-sixth Tan Kah Kee College established the Scholarship Fund of Tan Kah Kee College of Xiamen University, and awarded various scholarships to more than 30% of the students in the school each semester. The Hong Kong Moral Society has set up the "Hong Kong Moral Society Funding Fund for Poor Students" in Tan Kah Kee College of Xiamen University, which is used to support 200 students with financial difficulties and excellent academic performance every year. Chapter VIII Diploma Issuance
