Xingtai Agricultural School, formerly known as Xingtai Branch of Hebei Agricultural University, was established in 1964. It started to run independently in May 1972 and was placed in Xingtai area, which was called Xingtai Regional Agricultural School. The school site was moved from Renxian County to Liuxing, Longyao County. In 1984, with the approval of Xingtai District Administrative Office, the school site was moved to the former site of Yingtougang-local Party School in the northern suburb of Xingtai City. In 1993, Xingtai city merged and the school name was changed to Xingtai Agricultural School.

The school covers an area of 16 mu, with a building area of 6, square meters. It has complete teaching and practice facilities, a library with nearly 1, books and an audio-visual education center with advanced equipment.
