The internship site is the library project of Yinchuan College of Mining University, to observe the construction site on the spot, get familiar with the industry environment, improve their own ability and enhance their professional interest. When I first arrived at the construction site, there were many things I didn't understand. I can only watch, listen and learn. The following is the content of this internship:
Foundation and foundation engineering
Foundation and foundation engineering should try to avoid rainy season construction, otherwise effective waterproof and drainage measures should be taken.
After the foundation pit excavation is completed, the bottom of the foundation pit must be drilled. After drilling is completed, notify the relevant units to organize trench inspection and determine the foundation treatment plan.
Foundation trench (pit) excavation shall not be overbreak. If individual places have been over-excavated, the design, supervision and construction units should put forward a treatment plan, backfill with the same soil as the foundation soil, and tamp it to the required density. Disturbance to foundation soil should be minimized during excavation. If mechanical excavation is adopted, 0.2~0.3m soil layer shall be left above the elevation of the basement for manual excavation.
When backfilling the foundation with lime soil, clay must be used as the mixture, but its maximum particle size shall not be greater than 15㎜. Lime slaked for mixing lime soil should use lime soil with a particle size of not more than 5㎜, but ash powder should not be used. Lime clinker shall be free of uncured ash lumps, and shall be sampled and watered on site for inspection.
Lime soil should be mixed outside the foundation pit in advance and mixed evenly. When mixing, measuring containers should be used to ensure the accurate ratio, and paving and tamping should be done in time after mixing. Shall not be mixed in the foundation pit. Ready-mixed lime soil can be used where conditions permit, and the quality of ready-mixed lime soil should meet the requirements.
Lime soil should be mechanically rolled, and the virtual paving thickness of the roller should be controlled between 200 and 300 ㎜. Compacted lime soil shall not be soaked in water within three days.
Masonry engineering
In the construction of brick masonry, every step should be divided into two parts to repair the external part of the wall with insufficient mortar joint. After the completion of each shift, the vertical joints of the last brick should be filled with mortar to avoid the accumulation of debris and dust in the joints, which will affect the bonding of upper and lower masonry.
Before brick masonry construction, at least one wall sideline should be popped up besides the wall axis to control the displacement of the wall.
The elevation, mortar joint and hole height of brick masonry must be controlled by skin poles, and the number of skin poles should meet the requirements of construction operation procedures. The width line of mortar joint should be drawn on the skin pole and fixed firmly. Semi-brick is not suitable for porous brick masonry construction, and the vertical seam lap length of upper and lower leather bricks should be ensured to be not less than 1/4 brick length. Brick columns and walls with a width less than 1m must use whole bricks.
Porous brick masonry construction should ensure that the mortar fullness of horizontal mortar joint is not less than 80%, and the wall should not be laid by mortar masonry method; Vertical seam mortar should also be full, there should be no blind seam tongue ash shrinkage, and should not pollute the wall.
reinforced concrete works
The varieties, specifications and strength of steel bars used on site shall meet the design requirements.
The thickness of protective layer of reinforcement shall comply with the design and construction specifications, and shall be calculated according to the main reinforcement.
When using cold-rolled twisted steel bars, raw materials must be processed after inspection. Cold-rolled and twisted steel bars shall not be used for ring beams, structural columns and cantilever slab balcony structures. When cold-rolled and twisted steel bars need to be welded, jumper wire welding must be adopted.
When the steel bar is bound, it should be encrypted as required within the overlapping length of the longitudinal stressed steel bar of the beam and column.
When pouring a concrete column, after the concrete is vibrated to the top of the column, clean stone should be added for the second time, and then local vibration should be carried out for the second time, so as to prevent the concrete strength at the top of the column from being affected by the decrease of the settlement of the concrete stone (the amount of mixed stone is determined according to the site).
The top of the concrete column should be cast into a rough surface, and no calendering is allowed, but there should be no pumice or concrete without vibration on its surface; If the grafting of concrete column is too smooth, it should be chiseled.
When the design strength of concrete column is higher than that of beam and slab, the beam-column joint concrete should be poured first, and then the beam and slab concrete should be poured.
After the concrete construction is completed, it should be covered and watered within 12 hours. The curing period of ordinary concrete should not be less than 7 days, and the curing period of concrete mixed with retarding admixture or with impermeability requirements should not be less than 14 days.
The construction industry has been playing an important role in the economic development of China. Civilized construction: the impression of civilized construction really gave me a refreshing feeling in this internship, and also changed some views on the construction site. Under the restriction of market economy, civilized construction has been greatly improved compared with previous years. Whether in the field of image recognition or material stacking, it has begun to be close to standardization, but compared with book theory, there are still shortcomings and defects, and the overall situation of the public has been greatly improved.
Special types of work with certificates: such as tower crane drivers, welders, firefighters and other special types of work have high technical requirements, and employees must obtain professional certificates before they can take up their posts, but the current construction site is not perfect in this respect. Therefore, I think the qualification examination should be strictly checked when recruiting people at the construction site, which is conducive to the safety and reliable quality of the construction site. At the same time, it can also stimulate the enthusiasm of workers to receive education and obtain certificates.
This internship, in addition to learning to adapt to the environment, also made me realize my lack of experience. At school, the main source of our knowledge is textbooks. We just know a lot of things, but we haven't seen them with our own eyes, and we don't have many conceptual outlines in our minds. In this internship, I learned about cushion, bricklaying, concrete pouring, steel processing, steel binding, steel welding, formwork erection, scaffolding and so on. I also learned to hold the frame, brace, stirrup and reinforce the iron sheet. I watched the workers do the secondary structure, understand the elevation, how to control the flatness and verticality of the wall, lay bricks, dispatch engineering materials, and the baseline of each floor. Through "The Architect", I know that a qualified construction manager should be able to read and understand drawings. To know the elevation and size of the floor in charge in detail, we should not only master these technologies and construction techniques, but also have certain management and coordination skills, be able to coordinate the cooperation between various types of work, control the quality of workers' work and control the progress plan in the construction process.
