Astar smart pot does not display temperature.

Sensor failure at the bottom of the pot, power problem, software failure.

1. First of all, the sensor at the bottom of the pot is faulty: a temperature sensor is set inside the smart pot to detect the water temperature and display it on the panel. If the sensor is damaged or there are other problems, the water temperature cannot be displayed correctly; Solution: Check whether the power plug is loose or damaged, and plug it in again to see if it returns to normal.

2. Secondly, the power supply problem: Another reason is that there is something wrong with the power supply of the smart pot, such as poor contact and short circuit. This will cause the control panel not to work normally or get the correct signal; Solution: If it is confirmed that the sensor is faulty, please contact after-sales maintenance personnel for maintenance and replacement.

3. Finally, there is software failure: in some cases, the software of the smart pot will also have failure or error, which will lead to the failure to read and display the temperature information correctly; Solution: Try to reset the smart pot to factory settings and restart it.
