Each project must include: who you are, what you want to do, how much you need, how to carry it out, why you have the ability to carry it out, set the target amount (minimum 1000, maximum) and time (10-45 days), and the return to supporters, and submit it for review after confirmation. Dream catcher will give feedback on the project within 3 working days.

Dream catchers accept the following categories of projects: art, comics, dance, design, clothing, movies, games, music, photography, publishing, technology and drama. For project types not listed in the website type, users can get in touch with dream catchers for consultation through official Weibo or website feedback. If you want to support a project, you only need to select different returns on any project page and click the corresponding "Support" button, and then make payment through Alipay or Tenpay, domestic major online banks or credit cards and other third-party payment services.
