I. Recruitment scope and number of people

Second, the conditions of candidates

1. Political qualification, good health and good conduct;

2. College degree or above recognized by the state (demobilized soldiers can be relaxed to high school education);

3. 18 years old and under 40 years old (born between August 3 1, 1973 and August 3 1, 0995);

4. Permanent residence in Shaanxi Province (settled before August 3 1, 20 13).

Third, the duration of employment treatment.

(1) The remuneration package of full-time staff in urban communities consists of three parts: basic salary, subsidy and regular salary.

1. Basic remuneration: according to academic qualifications, the monthly salary of (demobilized soldiers who graduated from high school) with college (higher vocational education) recognized by the state is 1000 yuan, the monthly salary of undergraduate education is 1300 yuan, and the monthly salary of graduate education is 1800 yuan.

2. Tianjin subsidy: It consists of three parts: work subsidy, living subsidy and professional title subsidy.

Work allowance: 700 yuan per person per month.

Living allowance: 500 yuan per person per month.

Title subsidy: Those who have obtained the professional qualification certificates of senior social workers, social workers and assistant social workers will be given monthly title subsidies of 300 yuan, 200 yuan and 100 yuan respectively.

3. Fixed-year remuneration: during the employment period, the fixed-year remuneration will be increased every month from the following year for every year of working in the community 15 yuan.

(2) Social insurance

Social insurance for full-time staff in urban communities shall be implemented in accordance with the standards of basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance and industrial injury insurance for employees in urban enterprises. The housing accumulation fund is implemented in accordance with the policies formulated by the municipalities.

(3) Other treatment

Subsidies for heating in winter and heatstroke prevention and cooling in summer shall be implemented with reference to local standards. Encourage community full-time staff to participate in the election of members of community neighborhood committees during the employment period, and members of community neighborhood committees elected according to law can receive additional post subsidies. 900 yuan is the director every month, 600 yuan is the deputy director every month, and 400 yuan is the member every month.

Fourth, the method steps

The open recruitment of full-time urban community staff for the society is carried out in accordance with the procedures of issuing recruitment announcement, online registration and preliminary qualification examination, written examination, qualification review, interview, physical examination, inspection and assessment, determining the personnel to be employed, publicity and signing employment contracts.
