The conditions that a law firm should meet are: (1) having its own name, address and articles of association; (2) having assets of more than 100,000 yuan; (3) having lawyers who comply with the provisions of the Lawyers Law.

Legal basis: "Measures for the Administration of Law Firms" Article 8 The establishment of a law firm shall meet the following basic conditions: (1) Have its own name, domicile and articles of association; (2) Have laws and regulations that comply with the Lawyers Law 》 and lawyers as stipulated in these Measures; (3) The founder should be a lawyer with certain professional experience and able to practice full-time, and has not been punished by suspension of practice within three years before applying for establishment; (4) There is an amount that meets the provisions of these Measures assets.
