What are the job responsibilities of "Textile Knitting Dyeer"?

The work mainly includes:

(1) Operate dyeing and proofing equipment, imitate dyeing samples based on standard samples, and provide technical data for formulating dyeing process prescriptions;

(2) Check the flatness, wool effect, width, alkalinity, etc. of the fabric;

(3) Operate the dyeing machine to control the temperature, time, pressure, speed, etc., and inspect the yarn, thread, silk, etc. The fabric is dyed, pre-dried, fixed, soaped, etc.;

(4) Check the standard sample, determine the color light and depth, and check the color difference, color stripes, color flowers, yarn breaks, etc.;

(5) Discover and deal with abnormalities in the dyeing process;

(6) Clean and maintain equipment and deal with operational failures;

(7) Fill in the production record card.
