In the storm, I ushered in my first winter vacation as a college student, and I resolutely chose to practice in a local factory. Dehua is famous for its ceramics. Dehua is the hometown of Chinese porcelain capital. Everyone in Dehua knows that working in a porcelain factory is the most common choice. Of course, the production process of ceramics is also very complicated, such as making sample molds, decomposing, repairing, firing, selecting, painting, glazing, applique, firing, selecting glaze, packaging and so on. The complicated process has also brought many choices to my practice.
This internship, I chose a project related to my major-mechanical drawing-ceramic painting. The main task of ceramic painting is to watermark the color on porcelain with ink according to the samples and requirements, which can best exercise our hands-on ability and enhance our painting ability.
For a college student, it is a basic quality to dare to accept challenges. The practice time is from 20 12 1.9 to 1. 17. It rained every day, and the weather at that time was best described as freezing. In this environment, I finished this winter vacation. 65438+ 10 9, the first day of winter vacation, that is, the first day of my internship. Very early, very early, my brother left the bed and went to Sheng Da Ceramics Co., Ltd. The manager arranged my task, and my group and my colleagues really started the internship.
Our tasks are accomplished at different levels, one after another. As long as the first person is negligent, the last two people can't finish the work. Both my players have several years' experience, and the speed is fast! I was too late at first and gave them a lot of tasks to help. Later, practice makes perfect, and I kept up with the team members. In this practice, I learned that selling oil Weng really has no advantages. Some people do things quickly. It is not that he is smarter than others, but that he sees and practices more than others. He did one thing over and over again to reach the realm of practice, didn't he?
The reason why a manager can become a manager lies not only in his ability to mobilize others, but also in his ability to work for many years. This is the truth that practice makes perfect. Since entering the university, the employment problem always seems to surround us and become an endless topic. In today's society, recruiters at job fairs always say that experienced people are more popular. The so-called experience is not all practice, doesn't practice make perfect? However, in order to personally experience social practice, let me further understand the society, increase my knowledge, exercise my talents and cultivate my adaptability in practice, I want to find out my own shortcomings and gaps through social practice.
It is also a difficult process for spiritual practice, and I don't think we should be intimidated by this kind of suffering. Working with the rising of the sun every morning, the morning in winter is cold, and the freezing in the cold can best describe the weather at that time. In this environment, I finished this winter vacation. Since entering the university, the employment problem always seems to surround us and become an endless topic. In today's society, the general manager at the job fair always says that experience is preferred, but how much social experience will our students have on campus?
In order to expand my knowledge, expand my contact with the society, increase my personal experience in social competition, exercise and improve my ability, so that I can really enter the society after graduation, adapt to the changes in the domestic and international economic situation, and deal with various problems in my life and work, I came to a supermarket this holiday and started my social practice. Practice is to apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned in school to objective reality, so that the theoretical knowledge we have learned can come in handy. Learn without practicing, then what you have learned is equal to zero. Theory should be combined with practice.
On the other hand, practice can lay a foundation for finding a job in the future. Through this period of internship, I learned something that I couldn't learn at school. Because the environment is different, the people and things you contact are different, and the things you learn from it are naturally different. Learn to learn from practice and practice from learning. With the rapid development of China's economy and China's accession to the WTO, the domestic and international economies are changing with each passing day, and new things are constantly emerging every day. When we have more and more opportunities, we also have more challenges. What I just learned the day before yesterday may have been eliminated today. The more China's economy is integrated with the outside world, the higher the demand for talents will be. We should not only learn well what we have learned in school, but also learn other knowledge from life and practice.
During this period of practice, we walked around the streets to meet all kinds of people and things, which we didn't feel at school. At school, there may be teachers assigned to say what to do today and what to do tomorrow, but here, no one will tell you this. You must know what to do, do it yourself, and try your best. In school, there is only an atmosphere of learning. After all, school is a place to study, and every student is striving for higher scores. There is competition in both study and work. In the competition, we must constantly learn from others' advanced places and learn from others' behaviors in order to improve our ability!
I remember the teacher once said that the university is a small society, but I always feel that there is always that innocence and sincerity on campus. Although it is a university, students still maintain their identity as students. Contact the seniors and sisters who just graduated, and they always tell me to cherish my time at school. In this practice, I deeply feel that at school, I have learned a lot of theory, and it is multifaceted and almost comprehensive; In practical work, you may encounter things that you can't learn from books, or you may not need the knowledge from books at all. Looking back on this social practice, I have learned a lot. I learned a lot of social experience from everyone I met, and my ability was improved, which I couldn't learn at school.
Being good at communicating with people in society requires long-term practice. I didn't have the opportunity to work before, so I wouldn't be responsive to others, which would make the conversation cold and embarrassing. People will be integrated into social groups in society, and people will work together in Qi Xin to make their work more harmonious and get twice the result with half the effort. You should listen, be patient, and accept the advice given to you with an open mind. Have confidence in your work. Self-confidence is not a numb boast, but an affirmation of one's ability. Lack of social experience, lack of education and other reasons will make you lack confidence.

Learning is not only learning knowledge from textbooks, but also learning from practice. So this week's understanding practice makes us particularly excited. We have the opportunity to personally inspect the ceramic production process of the factory, and we can also appreciate the exquisite ceramic process of Jingdezhen. It's hard to get a chance to visit at school, so we are all looking forward to this internship. This week's internship, internship week, visited some places, got a new understanding of ceramics, and got a general understanding of the manufacturing process of ceramics. I deeply felt that exquisite ceramics are made of advanced technology, I saw the exquisite craftsmanship of ceramic workers and felt the exquisiteness of ceramic culture.
April 6th: In the morning, Mr. cc introduced the purpose, content and matters needing attention of the internship to us at the Bishop, and put forward the requirements and suggestions for the internship, which gave us a general understanding of the internship. Today we went to the sculpture porcelain factory, which mainly produces artistic porcelain. Sculpture Porcelain Factory, established in 1956, is a ceramic industrial enterprise specializing in the production of ceramic sculptures. Sculpture Porcelain Factory was named as "Three A" scenic spot and national industrial tourism demonstration site by National Tourism Administration, and designated as designated production base of tourism products by National Light Industry Federation and National Tourism Administration. It has become a must for visiting Chinese and foreign politicians and tourists to visit scenic spots, so it is possible to go here this time. In the afternoon, we arrived at the sculpture porcelain factory early. With the bright sunshine in spring, we began to visit the porcelain factory. Before the visit, Mr. Zhou introduced the general situation of the sculpture porcelain factory to us, and explained that it is mainly a place to produce artistic porcelain, especially porcelain sculptures, which are very distinctive. Walking into the porcelain factory really has a retro feeling. Antique ceramics and architecture give people an idea of communicating with ancient porcelain. Under the guidance of the teacher, we listened to the teacher carefully and appreciated the beauty of ceramics, as if we were in the world of ceramics. In the ceramic shop, we are amazed at the beauty of ceramics, and we want to have a look at every piece of ceramics. The students are also interested in ceramics. They all looked at it carefully and saw a ceramic worker. We went to some ceramic workshops to see the making process of ceramics. Today, we also visited the production of some large-scale porcelain and walked into the ceramic workshop. We see that this is a busy scene. The masters were busy with their own crafts and saw the workers drawing porcelain embryos, while others were feeding them. I didn't know it was underglaze until I asked, and it needed glazing and firing. There are green vases, and The Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival was born in their hands. When I saw a row of cement molds, I didn't know it was used to make porcelain embryos until I asked the master. Through the visit to art porcelain, I have a new understanding of ceramics, that is, even the most beautiful works of art can not be separated from human labor and wisdom.
April 7th: Today, we went to xx Porcelain Factory. We set out early in the morning and arrived by car for an hour. Xx Porcelain Factory mainly produces daily-use porcelain, and Jingdezhen xx Porcelain Factory is a professional manufacturer of four famous traditional porcelain and blue-and-white exquisite porcelain in Jingdezhen. Blue and white exquisite porcelain is the product of the ingenious combination of blue and white decoration technology and exquisite craftsmanship. It has a history of 1000 years, and is called glass mosaic porcelain by foreigners. Blue and white exquisiteness has strong oriental characteristics and is loved by westerners. Won the international gold medal in Leipzig International Expo 1986. In this factory, we can vaguely see the previous production environment of ceramics, and we are deeply impressed by the production process of an assembly line, that is, the one-stop operation from raw materials to finished products. When making, the artist needs to carefully carve various holes in the clay blank with a knife, then fill it with exquisite glaze and blue and white patterns, and then fire it in the kiln. The whole process was very orderly, and every worker did his job carefully, so he produced exquisite blue and white porcelain. Through visiting and studying, I have a general understanding of the manufacturing technology of ceramics and a preliminary understanding of glaze, which is a colorless or colored glassy thin layer covering the surface of ceramic products. It is made of mineral raw materials (feldspar, Yingshi, talc, kaolin, etc.). ) and chemical raw materials in a certain proportion (some raw materials can be made into frits first), which are ground into glaze slurry, applied to the surface of the blank and calcined at a certain temperature. It can increase the mechanical strength, thermal stability and dielectric strength of products, and has the characteristics of beautifying objects, being convenient to wipe and wash, and not being eroded by dust. In-glaze color is that ceramics are glazed first, then painted or painted, and then glazed, which is relatively rare. Under-glaze color is to draw and write on the fired blank and then glaze it. The glaze color is painted on the glaze blank. This is also a harvest. What I see here is that the workers are working in an orderly way. They are both serious and skilled. From porcelain embryo to pasting and glazing, it is so orderly and eye-opening. We also made some porcelain embryos for the workers, which was quite interesting. This is how exquisite blue and white porcelain is made. I think no matter how beautiful ceramics are, they also need people's labor and wisdom. We also visited the tunnel kiln for firing ceramics. Later, Mr. Zhou also took us to visit the tunnel kiln. Those porcelain embryos need to be fired to become exquisite ceramics. Under the teacher's explanation, we have a preliminary understanding of it. Our professional thermal engineering is related to kilns. It is the most important equipment for making ceramics, and it also contains a lot of high technology, so we pay more attention to the kiln. Through the visit to xx Porcelain Factory, I feel that the original daily-use porcelain can be made so beautifully.
April 8: Today we are going to Pengfei Porcelain Factory, which mainly produces building ceramics. Pengfei Tao Jian is a professional manufacturer of building ceramics, a real Jingdezhen specialty. Visiting here is very helpful for us to understand architectural porcelain. What we see here is also a one-stop production process. From raw material processing to finished products, almost mechanized production has been realized, and the produced tiles are also beautiful. Only when Tao Jianpeng flew did I understand what mechanical production meant. From the purification of raw materials to the firing, coloring, cooling and packaging of ceramic tiles, it is a one-stop production. Every worker is responsible for his own process. Most factories can hear the rumble of machines running. The master also introduced us to the characteristics, performance and market price of this kind of ceramic tile.
I feel that building ceramics also has a lot of knowledge, which needs us to constantly understand and learn. In addition, we also made a market survey in the ceramic world, where there are many kinds and quantities of ceramics, which can be said to be the center of ceramic trading. We are all dazzled, and a large number of porcelain vessels, pots, vases and pendants make us fondle admiringly. A pair of underglaze color bottles can be sold to 800 yuan for 700 yuan, and a blue and white porcelain cup can also be sold to around 20 yuan. Generally speaking, the profits of ceramics are still relatively high, and the prices of different kinds of ceramics are different. Many people buy ceramics here, and I really feel the beauty of ceramic culture here. We also visited the making of other porcelains. Finally, after the visit, Mr. Zhou summed it up with us, saying that the making of ceramics is a delicate work, and there is a lot of knowledge in it, which requires us to keep learning. Maybe now we still have some questions about the ceramic industry. After professional study, some questions can be solved, and our understanding of the ceramic industry will be deeper and deeper.
Through the understanding and practice these days, I have a further understanding and understanding of ceramics, and I have a clearer understanding of ceramics, and I have also realized the charm of Jingdezhen's Millennium ceramic culture.

Hot summer, long summer vacation, in the past two months, how to arrange these times to make my summer vacation the most meaningful? This is what I think at school. As college students, the study of theory is of course important, because theory can promote practice; However, theory also comes from practice, and its correctness can only be verified in practice. Moreover, all theories divorced from practice are empty and worthless. In addition, at present, employers pay more and more attention to students' social practice ability and communication ability while paying attention to their excellent performance in school. At this stage, we need the environment provided by the school for our growth, but we should also gradually contact the society in order to better integrate into the society in the future. To this end, I decided to go south to Guangdong this summer vacation to carry out my practical activities in the production workshop of the factory. I choose Guangdong, what I value is its economic development level. As we all know, Guangdong Province is located in the southeast coast, and its superior maritime traffic makes it a paradise for major investors at home and abroad. In addition, with the wave of reform and opening up, Guangdong Province has become the frontier of China's foreign trade, with the most advanced production mode and management mode in China. At the same time, with the increase of migrant workers in the south in recent years, the factory said that the needed labor force is guaranteed.
My internship site this time is Yiyang Ceramics Co., Ltd., located in Gangtou Industrial Zone, Qiaotou Town, Dongguan City. This is a ceramic company with more than ten years of experience in setting up factories. The company mainly produces all-ceramic series and semi-ceramic series. The products range from soup pots with a volume of about 2,500 cubic centimeters to seasoning pots with a volume of only about 10 cubic centimeters. Products can be described as varied, everything. Most of the products produced by the company are mainly sold abroad and exported to Europe and America.
It was reported in July 1 1 and I officially went to work the next day. On the first day of work, the leading cadres of the factory Committee showed us around the various departments of the workshop to understand the basic situation of the factory, and at the same time I also had a general understanding of the production process of the factory. Like ordinary ceramics factory, the production departments of our factory are roughly as follows: molding department, grouting department, renovation department, kiln department, glaze inspection department and packaging department. The production process of the factory can be roughly divided into: renovation, plain firing, firing inspection, painting, glaze spraying, glazing, glaze inspection and packaging. Each process flow is closely connected, and the layout of each production workshop is also designed according to the process flow, showing a U-shaped distribution. This layout is extremely simple and reasonable, and each production department has a department head to uniformly allocate production; Set up a number of cable cadres to supervise the actual operation process of production.
Ceramic production seems simple, but if it is specific to each production link three times, there are countless problems that need attention. Here, I will explain my understanding of the polishing team in this department.
According to my observation, the key link of ceramic production lies in two parts: first, glaze firing, which directly determines the quality and fineness of products; The other is glazing, which plays a decisive role in whether the appearance and image of products can meet the requirements. Glazing is a complicated process. Not only are there many kinds of glazes, but also the concentration of glaze water must strictly implement the relevant concentration standards. Therefore, our factory has special personnel to manage the glaze water. When glazing products, most of them are manual operations. With the help of some polishing tools, operators cooperate with each other on the same production line to complete the polishing process. Glazed products are generally carried out according to the following steps: blowing, (spraying water), glazing, (washing water), scraping and wiping the bottom (spraying water is mostly used for products that need colored glaze). In the specific operation process of glazing, glazing personnel should first filter the glaze water needed for a specific product according to the relevant concentration standards, and then add water to dilute and adjust the glaze water concentration. So as to ensure that the appearance and shape of the glazed product meet the requirements. Next, the soot blower should blow away impurities such as dust on the surface of the product so as not to affect the glazing effect. Glazing personnel use appropriate tools according to the shape and size of the product, generally iron frames, suction cups, wooden sticks, iron bars, sharp needles, etc. , to ensure the glazing effect. The bottom of freshly glazed products also needs to be wiped. This kind of operation is to put the product on the glazed part (mostly the products processed layer by layer, which can be put into the warehouse to wait in the kiln for a short time and be calcined). There are also bad products to deal with when glazing. Product defects are generally divided into two types: poor incoming materials and man-made defects. Products with poor incoming materials need to be returned to the relevant departments, and can only be returned to the glazing group for glazing after rework. It can be divided into two situations: one is that the product is artificially damaged during glazing, and the relevant operators will take responsibility for this bad situation; The other is that the products that fail to glaze in the process of contact with glaze water need to be cleaned by product classification, and the dried products can be glazed again, and the cleaned glaze can be properly recycled.
During my stay in the glazing group, I also had a deep understanding of the actual operation and characteristics of glazing. The following is my analysis:
1. glazing operation is a flow production operation process. High continuity, every operator must finish the glazing operation seriously and responsibly. Problems in any link may lead to defective products. Therefore, in order to reduce defective products, it is necessary to standardize the operation process. At the same time, comprehensively improve the skills and quality of employees, achieve high efficiency and zero bad production, and create greater benefits.
2. The glazing operation is basically manual operation, with low mechanization level and no automatic operation. However, ceramics is a traditional industry in China, and there is a great demand for products whether it is domestic demand or export. Therefore, ceramic production is a labor-intensive industry. The traditional concept is that manual glazing process is difficult to be replaced by mechanical automation, so it is easy for enterprises to ignore the innovation in technology and process. It can be seen that if we invest in the application of mechanical automation technology and encourage the innovation of technology and equipment, the production efficiency will be greatly improved.
3. The input of glaze occupies a certain proportion in the production input of products. Professional management of glaze, rational use of glaze and proper preparation and extraction of glaze water will directly affect the proportional relationship between input and output of products. Therefore, before glazing production, it is necessary to scientifically estimate the glaze water required for a certain amount of products, which will avoid a lot of unnecessary waste; At the same time, suitable glazing tools and containers can be designed for specific products to glaze reasonably.
4. For glazed products, they need to be loaded into the warehouse. Ordinary cars are iron cars, but there are two specifications for iron cars. There are ten-story specifications and ten-car five-story specifications. Cars of different specifications have different sizes of holding plates. In the actual operation process, due to the distribution of resources, it will lead to the confusion of carts, which will lead to the confusion of product placement. Small cars waste less cars, and small cars use more, resulting in defects. Mixed loading of automobiles is not conducive to the unified management of products and the statistics of product quantity. In this regard, the relevant standards for the use of carts should be formulated.
To sum up, the glazing process should be properly adjusted and innovated in terms of specialization of production personnel, product continuity, glaze management, technical equipment innovation, product transportation and other issues. Only in this way can enterprises form their own core competitiveness. Enterprises that lack innovation will only make production backward and reduce efficiency. In order to be invincible in the cruel market competition, we must start from all aspects, rely on innovation to enhance our own strength and enhance our competitiveness in essence.
