Recruitment conditions of institutions directly under Loudi City, Hunan Province in 2023

Open recruitment personnel must meet the following basic conditions:

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

3. Have good conduct and professional ethics;

4. Have physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

5. Have the professional knowledge and skills required for the job application;

6. Meet the specific application conditions required by the recruitment position.

In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;

2. Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review;

3. Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

4. In the open recruitment of public institutions at all levels, due to violation of the "Regulations on the Handling of Disciplinary Violations in Open Recruitment of Public Institutions", it was recorded in the integrity file of candidates in open recruitment of public institutions, and the recording period was not full;

5. Full-time non-2023 graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who are studying (full-time non-2023 graduates who are studying cannot apply for undergraduate degrees, and so on in other cases);

6. Persons in other circumstances who belong to the staff of public institutions shall not be employed according to law.
