Do kindergarten teachers get paid in winter and summer vacations?

Public kindergartens do, but private kindergartens don't. Whether kindergarten teachers are paid in winter and summer vacation depends on the nature of the kindergarten. If it is a public kindergarten, the teachers are officially employed only after they have been openly recruited, qualified and passed the examination. According to Article 7 of the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), teachers are paid on time, enjoy the welfare benefits stipulated by the state, and enjoy paid vacations during the winter and summer vacations, so they are paid. But teachers in private kindergartens are recruited from outside, because private schools need to be reduced.
